I waited 20 mins in drive-thru for 2 melt sandwiches, and then when I got to the window, they told me to pull around to the front. There, I waited 10 additional minutes for them to bring the food out. The bread wasn't thoroughly grilled, and the sandwiches were tiny and pitiful, and cheese wasn't melted. They didn't look as advertised. Those burgers were $5 each. Then they were wrong... they added swine to my burgers, and its against my religion to eat pork. Very pathetic and poor service.

I've lived by this burger King for 8 years.It's definitely had its ups and Downs.But today I had an issue waiting for a while (45 min) in drive thru due to some miscommunication inside with the staff and the technical issues.But the district manager Ebony was so nice.She refunded me my money and then made the order over fresh for us. She handled the situation great (noted i was a bit angry and probally unpleasant at first) but she dissolved the situation and helped me quickly . Big props to her 👏 thank u for being so nice !!

This is the best Burger King in the area by far! The food is always fresh, our orders are always correct, and our meals are always delicious. And Andre is awesome! He has a great personality with top notch customer service skills. That store is lucky to have him and he's one of the main reasons we keep coming back!

Went through drive thru around 12:15 today. They are nice at the speaker but when you get to both windows you receive the WORST customer service for no reason. I believe the 2nd window was a manager and she was awful! Why deal with customer service? It’s expensive to eat out and receive horrible service.

My experiences at this location have been positive during breakfast hours; however, by lunch and dinner, service quality often declines. Wait times are frequently long, and order accuracy can be inconsistent. As the day progresses, staffing issues seem to arise more frequently. There have been instances where I placed an online order, arrived at the restaurant, and, after waiting, was informed that the location was closed due to insufficient staff. It would be helpful if a sign could be posted in these instances to keep customers informed.

I understand that staffing challenges are complex, and I hope management will find dedicated team members who enjoy customer service and are committed to creating a positive dining experience. With some adjustments, this location could fully meet its potential and offer consistently great service throughout the day. Until then I'll be finding other restaurants to dine with.
