The branch has a problem with serving people. I’ve visited this place several times and it’s been a hit or a miss. Either you’ll wait forever in the driving through lane without anyone taking or your order or ask you to wait and never responds back, or they’ll ask you to come and pick up the order from inside of the store without giving you any reason, although I specifically chose drive-through pick while ordering from the app. This happened to me on several occasions.

I went to this location today to get my wife a Whopper Jr for lunch. She's in the hospital and tired of their food and wanted one of her favorite burgers. I rolled up to the drive-thru expecting my typical fast food experience - bad sound, bad attitude, bad quality. However, this was not typical. Tiffany politely welcomed me to her location (and I could under everything she said) and asked me me how my day was going. She asked my name for the order then asked how she could help me. I was taken aback. Her demeanor was delightful. I didn't expect it. It just isn't the normal fast food interaction outside of a Chick FIL-A. I pulled up to pay, and she was equally delightful when face-to-face. I thanked her for the wonderful greeting and conversation. The young lady at the next window was also very friendly. She even made sure I had all the condiments I requested. Wow. That's a new one for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was awesome, too. To finish off the visit, I checked my order, and it was exactly what I ordered - and it was hot AND fresh! Kudos to you, Tiffany and crew. Keep up the great work. I'll be back!

I ordered a #6 the royal crispy chicken sandwich meal and a 4pc cheesy tot but it was raw and pink (the chicken sandwich) and when I bite into it, it was extra juicy and slimy it barely pulled apart that’s how I knew something was up🙄🤢 the manager was cool about it she even admitted that it wasn’t done to her liking when I brought it back and she said that you can tell it wasn’t done she gave me a refund and apologized. It’s a bunch of kids in there and they don’t care let’s be honest they always have an attitude. All she did was say hey yall lets make sure the sandwiches are done when we dropping them. It’s always an issue at this specific Burger King

Visited this Burger King and literally sat in the driveway for 45 minutes. When asked about my order they couldn't even remember that I placed it. Thank god I had my receipt. The manager did replace my money and let me keep the food but it was not all of that.

Disorganized execution of duties. Some employees try to pick up slack for those that don't work. Multiple people standing around. Food order was inaccurate. Went inside in hopes of better experience than drive thru... not much different. Seems to be ongoing issues at this location. Not sure if ownership cares.

Hands down, the absolute slowest fast food place on the planet! I waited over 20 minutes for my order and There were only 2 cars in front of me! They handed a bag out to the car directly in front of me and I thought it was going to be my turn. I looked at the clock.... Then, I sat another 3 minutes before they handed 2 bottles of water out the window and the car in front of me finally pulled out. I was like, what took so long getting those waters??? They should have had those out the window a LONG TIME AGO, like when that car was sitting and sitting waiting on their food!
The only reason I bother at all is because I like Whoppers...
