Whopper was cold in the middle. Triedto get a differentone and was refused due to half of the burger had been eaten. So I guess I'm going in with a temp probe next time.

Over the past 2 1/2 Years- Chris 1 and BK 3. Tonight was the 4th time we've tried to get dinner at this Burger King. Again a strikeout, although tonights strikeout was blood boiling! Who reading this has EVER spent 45 plus minutes in the drive through and the only thing you received was the runaround. Seriously, tonight's BS was, they were only open to fulfill Door Dash orders(blood pressure elevated to high level) and ² now vehicles in front of me and now cars gridlocked wrapping around to the parking lot and with curbs enclosing all of us in your drive through for just over 45 min( blood boiling) another trip I had a digital Visa gift card for $10 I had it printed out for redemption with Instructions and extreme # he said "had it man" í⁴followed by "I been here a min so he knew what to d o " clearly bc he scanned it and it took it from my card! he was stoked bc he made a $10 digital bonus with 16 digit card #,exp, and cvn. Bc he kept printout and said he through it away. Be careful, waste of time driving up to only get denied service and in their rare instance of getting food, they may get more money from you without your permission ( I like to call it theft)

Placed an order online yesterday, showed up to pick up, and the restaurant was completely closed. I couldn't even get a refund through the app. What a scam... Wonder how much BK made off of stealing from customers yesterday. This location in particular does NOT care.

Each time I come here (drive thru) they are always pleasant and the food is fresh. The wait is usually not too bad either. Inside is status quo I guess.

Just went thru the Drive Thru and not only was the service excellent but the food was served hot and fresh. The beautiful person who took our order (red braids) started our Sunday with a smile.

FRFR Burger King food is what it is. But the people they have working here are always so friendly, even if it’s early morning. Fast food can be a thankless job and these folks do it with a smile.

My wife walked inside to order. She was the only person in line. The cashier walked by her at least 4 times and never once acknowledged she was there. This even though my wife said hello to the cashier. The manager was also present and was talking with another employee. He finally acknowledged my wife after she asked him if she was suppose to be inside or if they were only taking orders via the drive through. She waited for over ten minutes and they treated her like she was invisible. Finally the manager offered to take her order but he needed to do something else first. They blatantly ignored my wife and she left empty handed. We won’t be back.

I went here on Wednesday and received a whopper for $3.99. The only bummer is I had to negotiate the Burger King app to get the deal. Which, is always a challenge and very time consuming. If they made this deal for everybody then I would have given more stars. The food was ready pretty quickly, hot, fresh and delicious. I would recommend eating here again and probably even more often if I didn't have to get on the app to get the deals.
