I had started at this same location 2 times before and really loved it because the whole place is super clean, beds are comfortable and the staff was great. Unfortunately, that has all changed! The room was still clean and comfortable but the staff couldn't even speak English! They didn't have 'Do Not Disturb tags for the door, and even though I told the front desk I didn't want to be disturbed, I was awakened every morning by the staff knocking on my door to clean! I stayed there for a week and this happened every single day, even after I had explained that I didn't want to be disturbed. I even made my own Do Not Disturb tag but they removed it and told me it was against the policy. Bottom line... the new owners were Indian and it was looking talking to a brick wall..... no understanding whatsoever. Only the front desk could communicate in English but it didn't matter because they failed to communicate my requests even though they told not to worry because they would make sure I didn't get woken up again. NOT!!! I'm so disappointed because thst particular location is perfect for me when I go to Springfield periodically.

I’ve eaten at plenty of airport restaurants with mixed results, but this Burger King probably wins the prize for worst airport food I’ve experienced. The Royal Crispy Sandwich (definitely poorly named given the state of the breading) was flavorful enough but the breading was soggy and falling off of the chicken. The chicken breast itself was only slightly more tender than a leather work boot. I have truly never experienced a chicken sandwich this bad and that includes the undercooked one from A&W years ago that gave me salmonella poisoning. The fries were slightly soggy but otherwise unremarkable, an ironically bright spot in a terrible meal.

Absolute bullshit. Got to the register and was slightly ignored by the lady up front with orange and pink hair, she was talking to some guy on facetime. She told us in a snobby voice saying their was a limited menu because they didn't want to cook more food and they were closing in 20 minutes (we ordered at 8:30pm)The two ladies in the back had no hairnets on and was touching their hair and phones with the same gloves they were touching all of our food with ( the one making the burgers was on facetime as well. she had blonde hair and glasses) She kept yelling out to everyone that she only had a certain number of burger patties left after making each burger. She pulled out a black tray of more patties from the shelf and turned to the other lady, laugh and then said "oh look more patties" and then proceeded to throw them away. A guy from the back kept talking to the girl making the burgers about music and she would stand there talking to him while there was a dining room full of people waiting for the food. after waiting 20 minutes for 4 whopper jr.s that were ice cold. one of the burgers that were supposed to have cheese didn't come with it and one didn't have pickles. Walked up to get the cheese on the burger and said excuse me several times but was ignored by both ladies in the back, the girl on the register was in the back messing around on her phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PISS POOR FOOD WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Area was not clean at all. They were completely out of all chicken products which we were informed of after standing in line for 20 minutes. They had all the coffee products marked as sold out but apparently couldn't be bothered with the chicken. The icing on the cake was the guy fixing his hair and then putting in gloves without bothering to wash his hands. If you are touching the outside of the gloves with dirty hands you might as well not even bother wearing gloves.

The lack of people working who were standing around doing nothing for an hour while people were waiting in line was disgusting…get to the front of the line and the head jerk in charge (if you could call it that) had every excuse in the book as to why they only had a couple chicken sandwiches left. The cashier was very obviously on something and started arguing about how the system was down and they couldn’t ring anybody up. I get that it can be busy and frustrating at times but if I was the manager, I would totally be questioning why I was paying the 5 people who were standing there doing nothing anything. Do better and be better.

Only reason for two stars, is they were completely out of everything but fries and drinks. The staff was friendly and informative of the lack of any burgers at the time I arrived. The fries were fresh, but that's all I was able to eat this time around from this particular establishment

Make sure to check your food. I ordered a sausage and bacon croissant meal and only got 1 strip of bacon. This is unacceptable.

If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered whopper with cheese and a large onion ring. The whopper was warm. The onion rings were room temperature. I know airport food is usually subpar but this was horrific. Unfortunately it's the only quick service available. Hoping to never go here again. If I'm lucky.
