I use this store more than I’d like to. This is the rudest, most unfriendly store I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. And the girl at the window is WAY too worried about money over costumer satisfaction. I BOUGHT a cup of ice for $.50. They gave me smallest size cup, and it was only about 2/3 full. I have had more bad than good experiences here.

I came into the drive-thru I order. A double wapper only cheese and ketchup get to the pick up window. Give me the bag and the food is cold they tell me pull up and we will bring a new order out,I go inside cause They never came out to bring me my food. And the one guy that's back, walking pass fries no gloves Cooking is eating out of the French fries with his bare hands the other hand in his Pants.I tell the manager.I would like a refund because I don't want anything else from there and she tell me they don't do it anymore.They can only tell people maybe.Order something different. This is one nasty burger king with careless workers and manger when you eat out watch who making your food and surrounding. Place clean mostly but that was the only good thing.

Rude employees taking your order, rude employees at the window. kids that don’t really seem like they wanna be there. The guy just stared at me when I asked for ranch. He looked at me and then turned around and gave me one ranch like it was such an inconvenience to his day. If you don’t wanna work there then don’t work there.
Did not get several items, happens all the time, even though this theft occurred, all BK willing to do is give coupon, not planning on going back so that is useless. Contacted bk support all they said is they could give a coupon, if I am not going back that is useless
