We were just passing through! We had a long day and was trying to find something quick to eat. It was 30 minutes till close. We decided to shoot our shot for the lobby because we were staying in a hotel and easier on us. The door was open, come to find out the lobby was not. We understood and were just going to order our food and take it to go. The staff was super nice and accommodating and offered to let us still eat in the lobby!! We were respectful of their time and place. The lobby was super clean and the food was hot. The employees that worked that night did more than they needed to but wanted to let them know their good gesture did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend.

I ordered 4 whoppers through the drive through today and they were ALL undercooked. None of us even dared to touch the whoppers because of how poorly made they were. I wasted all my money here. This is not just an inconvenience- but a HEALTH HAZARD. If you want to go to a Burger King please avoid this location at all costs. They do not cook your meals well and you are risking your health consuming undercooked food. Also, it is important to mention that there is no reason for such negligence- it was not busy and there should not even be such errors with preparing our meals. Either way- this does NOT justify undercooked meals to serve to the public! To anyone who is reading this who values their taste buds, their hard-earned money and their health- avoid the Burger King location in Kirkwood at all costs! Look at the photos and judge for yourself.

The food was alright the service was bad we were ordering and the person taking the order kept asking if that was going to be it I said no we ordered another thing asked the same thing is that going to be it and I said no I will tell you when we are done got to the window and this lady hands me one drink didn't say what it was got another drink same thing didn't say what it was got the third drink and yet again didn't say what it was
