Rib tips tough orders potato salad got cole slaw second time I've been there and my order has been wrong both times. Won't go back

This is my very first time visiting this establishment, have heard great things about them in the past. Originally I planned to visit a different Bbq establishment but due to them being closed and my husband, my kids and I were craving for ribtips and when we arrived the parking lot was pretty busy and so was the inside so we knew we had made an awesome choice until we entered to be serviced. The cashier that started off taking my order was also multitasking (bagging and handing out orders to customers) but he rushed me the entire time. He wasn’t rude at all, I really believe he was a little overwhelmed with duties he was put up against at this time of the day so I understood him completely. He then asked me to give him sec., and another guy approached the counter and asked “How May I help you?” without a greeting nor any knowledge that my order had was already partially taken. After finally completing to take my order, I decided to sign up for their rewards program but the machine was giving me several technical difficulties and when I asked him for assistance, he replied saying “I’m a cook, I don’t know nothing about the stuff up here etc. It turned into a big debate. Very bad customer service experience!! Overall the food itself was pretty descent. Potato salad 8/10, Baked beans 7/10, Ribtips 9/10 very tender all way to the gristle and The Half Slab Of Pork Ribs 9/10.

Tried the Rib tips for the first time in over 20 years..worst mistake..the meat was so tough (8) pieces, bread on bottom all soaked in sauce. Bread so soaked could not pick up needed a spoon. I even slow boiled the meat for 1 hour...it did not get any tender..the meat before I boiled it was stringy..really rough unable to swallow.. potatoe salad was like mashed potatoes with sugar and pickles..
Unfortunately I will NOT purchase the tips nor potatoe salad again..
C&K you have somethings that are really good but your pork tips need alot of attention...Sorry had to point this out.

Been going to C&K barbeque for decades & simply love it.
This particular time I ordered snoot chips. I assumed they'd be served warm so I was a little disappointed when I realized that I couldn't snack on them while driving.
In the future it would be nice to be given a choice to be heated or room temp

First time eating here and will definitely be the last .. only thing good was the baked beans! Came all the way from GA to try this place. I got rib tips potato salad n beans .. the potato salad looked like mashed potatoes and tasted like pickles. The rib tips was tough and still pink in the inside! You guys have to do better

Josh, with the pretty white teeth, opened on time, offered me a great idea for my 5yr old son’s order. He was so polite to everyone and handled his business in a timely manner! I am so proud of this young black man!! Thank you C&
