Ordered online, pickup time was 30 minutes. Then got a message that it would be an additional 15 minutes because they were busy. When we walked in there was only one couple there.
Got home and opened my $17 “small pizza” to 4 pieces thrown in a box.
Tasted fine, but will not be back.

The mid shift bartender had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in a bar setting. The rudest interaction from the get go. To waiting 20 minutes while sitting at the bar for just a hey I’ll be with you in a second. To the bartender in the uncomfortable tight dress yelling and berating the bartender who is replacing her making the entire restaurant very VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO EVEN ENJOY THE BEGINNING OF A WEEKEND. Don’t go till after 5:30

Haven't tried the food or any meal service to review but the atmosphere on late Sunday afternoon seems worthwhile. The karaoke show is available early and goes through the early night timeline. The schedule is six until nine.

We recently held a retirement reception at Café Piazza. While the staff was friendly and the venue itself was lovely, the execution of the event left a lot to be desired.
We had coordinated with their manager, Tim, for months, starting all the way back in May, and he assured us multiple times that everything would go smoothly. However, on the day of the event, it became clear that they were understaffed and unprepared. Despite Tim’s promises that he’d be present and that there would be enough staff, he was unreachable on the day, and only two bartenders were on duty.
As a result, the drink line was always backed up, and the food service was extremely slow. Guests ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half to get their meals. Even after they brought out food a couple of times, it was never enough to keep up with the crowd. This delay really hindered our guests from enjoying themselves as they would at a properly organized event.
In the end, while the staff on hand did their best, the lack of preparation made the evening far more chaotic than it should have been.

I love the pizza but I really wish the establishment would figure things out. Once a week, I order online and you’re told they’ll send a text when the order is received and ready. At the time of ordering, you get a message that the pizza will be ready in 20-30 min. Thankfully I always show up at 30 min after ordering because they never update their order platform. Example: order accepted at 5:50 but ready at 7:43.
I’m almost ready to give up on this place. The food is good, but the service isn’t.

The Panini’s suck the pizza sucks. It takes 80 years to even get a beer when there’s nobody in there. If you’re anywhere near this neighborhood, and want to get good pizza just drive into Soulard. Don’t waste your time here. They have pinball machines though that’s cool.

Beware of this place. Picked up and order and had my tip altered. My credit card company noticed and alerted me. I messaged with the GM and attempted to reach him over the phone 3 times in 5 days. It was never resolved. Mistakes happen, but a stand up place would go out of their way to make it right.

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get an egg. 45 minutes to get coffee. For brunch. It was not busy. They would have gotten 1 star but the guy waiting tables was really trying hard...the rest of the food was meh. I don't usually post poor reviews but it was not good.

The dive-iest pizza arcade bar I’ve ever seen. I like their pizza, LOVE their paninis, and there’s a bit of a wait but an arcade to keep you busy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Delicious Food, Warm Staff, Pricier Side for STL
Café Piazza delivers on flavor — every bite is fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully plated. For St. Louis, the prices run a bit on the higher side, but the quality and care in each dish make it feel like a treat-yourself kind of spot.
The real standout here is the staff — genuinely friendly, attentive, and the type that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I definitely recommend dining in to enjoy the atmosphere and service; it adds to the whole experience.
Bottom line: A little spendy for STL, but worth it for the food, the service, and a relaxed night out.
