I have gone three times and tried the authentic Korean dishes I have been wanting close to home for so long. I love the foos and I can’t wait when new items appear.
Cafe Ganadara is such a great vibe and location with exceptional Korean food! The food is so flavorful with generous portions. Everyone working is very nice and attentive.

This is a small family owned place so don't be surprised to see a small child ridin around on a balance bike or something! The food is always delicious but you may have to wait a minute as it's usually just 2 people working.

Okay, I usually don’t ever make google reviews because I feel that everyone should have their own opinions about places since everyone preference is different but omg was my experience here AMAZING!! I ordered the tteokbokki, crispy fried chicken with garlic sauce, and the Korean army stew and was BLOWN away how delicious the food was. Will definitely be back whenever I’m around south city! 10000/10 would recommend!!!

Cafe Ganadara has my heart. My partner and I came back to recreate our first date and the experience was wildly different in all the best ways. The restaurant has always been good but since their recent menu change, I can say I will be coming back more frequently now.
We started off with the SDSD and the bulgogi gimbap. For me, the SDSD left a bit of a lingering burn yet still good and the gimbap was delightful. For the meals, I had the pork belly and cold noodles while my partner had the bibimbap. His meal was spicy for me but he scarfed it down so fast - he loved it! Mine was absolutely perfect for such a hot day and had the perfect combo of flavors and textures. The pork belly had a perfect crisp pair well with the soft noodles.
I also tried the dalgona latte (with oat milk!) and we decided we were too full for the desserts. However, we will be going back specifically for the Oreo one :)
To top it off, our service was great and the ambiance was perfect. Thanks (again) Cafe Ganadara for such an amazing experience ??

Ordered through Uber Eats. Part of my order was 1 bulgogi kimbop and 2 spicy tuna kimbops. I was sent 3 kimbops that all had bulgogi, no spicy tuna, and all had imitation crab which is not supposed to be in the bulgogi kimbop or the spicy tuna kimbop. I called the cafe and was told they had run out of spicy tuna and that the Uber app should not have let me order it at all, and that the imitation crab being included was “weird.” Running out of ingredients shortly after opening for the day is a little odd, but sending customers items with wrong ingredients instead of canceling the items or calling to ask about replacements is wrong. People order based on dietary restrictions and allergies - you can’t just make food using whatever ingredients you have available. I called to let the cafe know about this in case they were doing this to other customers (especially ones who might have severe allergies), and the male employee who I spoke with was rather flippant and seemed eager to get me off the phone, which was frustrating. This was my first time ordering from this place and I am disappointed with how they run their business. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, I suggest you check your food before eating.
It was busy but everything was so good. Worth the wait!

I had the Rice Krispy Chicken, it was delicious! When I first got my food a fluke happened where it was undercooked but they took care of it SO politely and then didn't charge me for it!! The crunch was perfect and the SAUCE that came with it was tangy and sweet (I think I tasted ginger?) and so good! ???? I also had the honey Grapefruit Iced Tea which was sweet and yummy as well. Compliments on the food and the service! Also the videos playing on the screens are super fun

I'm pretty new to Korean food and their bibimbap was so amazing! My husband loves very spicy food and was not disappointed with their dakgalbi pot! And the SDSD appetizer had the most incredible sweet and spicy sauce! We finished it off with some sweet and crunchy croffles. This place was cozy, hospitable and somewhere I would feel comfortable bringing my toddler. Absolutely going back!
