“I would say that Sheri's has most of the benefits that a buffet offers without the hazards of over eating. The food is served fresh cafeteria style (just like in high school). The crowd is mostly older (as in over 55). The restaurant is spacious and clean. There is plenty of sitting area. If you want to eat healthy without over eating, I would highly recommend.“

Sitting and enjoying the dinning area is great too. There’s plenty of seating to go around. It’s a very clean and sanitary environment with great care. “I was on a school field trip and we stopped at the foundry for lunch little did i know id meet one of the nicest men ever. First of all my friend had braces and couldnt eat the jerk chicken which was amazing and filled with flavor i asked for platains which werent frying yet and he made me some that second. Back to my friend we got oxtail he gave us extra scoops and gave us half off. we tried the oxtail so tender delicous and delectable. He was so nice gave us free sodas and we striked up a conversation about his where he was originally from the best man i have ever met in my life hands down LOVE HIM DA GOATTT!🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️“
