I hate to change my rating but after eating lunch there today, had to go from five stars to three. Our food came out before our appetizer (so we canceled it) and my pizza was cold and look like it had sat for 20 minutes. Very disappointed after our last trip was so good.

Server was very short with me, never checked if I wanted refill or even wanted parm. cheese on my pizza. When time for the bill she even got that wrong. It's sad you will loose a customer over such poor service.

Everything was good. Adult mixed drinks were a little pricey but good. I didn't know they served alcohol. Overall, the food and service were excellent. If you haven't tried you , should.Vegetarian options: You can get items without meat. For the vegetarians.

We had dinner at this place tonight, service was good but the food was very bad. I ordered SHRIMP SCAMPI ZUCCHINI which had stale fettuccine noodles in it and very tasteless. The only taste was GARLIC! and it was pricey 20.99 for plate of stale zucchini and pasta!

Got the Creamy Garlic Fettuccine added chicken, onions, and mushrooms. The sauce was delicious, chicken tasted boiled, and the red onion was raw. On a better note, my husband's BBQ pizza rocked.

Hello,I want to tell you about our most recent visit to the Creve Coeur, MO location. It was horrendously awful from the time the host had seated us. It took at least 15 minutes before the waitress came to our table, and the restaurant was not busy. Meanwhile, several employees congregated at the front, not working, just telling stories and being loud and obnoxious. My husband ordered water, and I ordered a sweet tea.Aglaya, our waitress, brought me unsweetened tea and sugar packets. I told her to take the tea, which I did not want. I told Aglaya that I wanted the Avocado Spring Rolls for my dinner, and my husband ordered the Chicken Dumplings and Wedge Salad. She asked us if we wanted bread and oil, to which we replied that we did. After about 30 minutes, while we were watching several employees congregating together at the front bar area, Aglaya brought out the spring rolls.When she was putting the dish on the table, she slid half the egg rolls off on the table. She looked at us as if she thought we would pick them up off the table and continue on as if there was no problem with our food being on the table instead of the dish. Aglaya finally reached down and picked up the egg rolls on the table and said she would bring us new ones. While we were waiting and wanting to eat, she had not brought us plates nor my husband's food of the dumplings and salad. We just sat there waiting for her to return, which she only did at the end of the dinner. We didn't receive the bread and oil until all the other food came out, and we had complained to the "So-Called" manager "Jack." Your "So-Called" manager brought us the replacement egg rolls and wanted to argue with us about how we should be patient while waiting on the bread and oil. It was still baking, and all they had was stale bread. He did not understand why we were having a problem because the egg rolls were usually ordered as appetizers and would come out first. I had told the waitress that I was ordering it as my dinner!!!! He stood at our table defending the employees and did not understand why we had a problem with employees having a good time, even though we were not receiving good service!!!!!!! The Chicken Dumplings were cold when Jack brought out the remainder of the food. We have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. It was shocking how rude, ignorant, and insulting Jack, the manager, was. We were further offended by "Jack's" appearance while representing your restaurant with all his face hooks, piercings, lip hooks, ear lobe gauges, and embedded bedazzles. He clearly conveyed how appalling your restaurant is. WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!

Good food and ambience! But service is mostly MIA. There were only 2 servers active at 6pm!! Was always trying to find the server, wave at, so I can get water for my kid - 15mins before I got the attention. Asked menu for dessert and then waited 10 mins before the server came back to take the order. Again, the food is really good - 5stars just for that.
