Went there for lunch to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. My server Allie, couldn’t have been more slow or disengaged. It really ruined the experience. We haven’t been there in years and they have gone down hill. Mentioned it to the manager on the way out. That is not the right job for her. Yes, I did leave a tip but she wasn’t worth it. Food was ok, but I won’t be going back anytime soon.

We left Canyon Cafe deeply disappointed after what should have been a celebratory evening for our party of 13. We had arranged for a private room well in advance, yet the manager on duty flatly refused to honor that agreement. When I asked her to contact the general manager, she never returned to our table.
To make matters worse, although the restaurant was less than half full, she deliberately seated other parties directly beside us—an unnecessary move that made our group feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
As longtime patrons who have enjoyed many meals here over the years, this experience was shocking. We reached out to the general manager the next day hoping for some acknowledgment or resolution, but received none. Sadly, after years of loyalty, my family can no longer recommend or support Canyon Cafe.

It used to be everything. And always packed. Last night will be our last visit. Luckily we seemed to have the only waiter working, as 10 others stood around. But that meant we got no service. Sat at the bar which hasn’t been cleaned in ions. The plastic plants are dollar tree or temu at best. This place used to be so upscale!

After a morning of shopping we decided to stop and grab some lunch here for the first time, and we were not disappointed! Good food and great service. Nice outdoor patio as well for more seating. We will be back!

We were part of a large party. Booked in advance but they only assigned 1 server for a party of over 20. Food was tasty but the service took a while.

Great house lemonade and veggie fajitas. Make it vegan by leaving off the cheese. Top 3 best chips and salsa in town.

The best thing about Canyon Cafe is our fabulous server, Tina. The food is delish, drinks are superb and atmosphere is welcoming & festive! But there’s something about how much Tina loves her job and how amazing she is at it. She simply elevates the entire experience!!

A long time favorite. Excellent food, a good atmosphere and very good service. The menu is a combination of Tex-Mex and other. Southwest dishes. Enchiladas, buffalo meatloaf, and so much more
