I ordered a small impossible cheesesteak with no cheese.

Excellent food, unique sandwich with quality ingredients. The staff was very helpful in helping me decide what to try, and you can tell they are excited about the product.

I can't get enough of this restaurant. Every time I work nearby, I have to eat here for lunch and dinner. It's my favorite sub shop. Everything on the menu is great; my personal favorite menu items are the Fries (best fries I've ever had), the Bobbie sandwich (hot or cold), the Balsamic Chicken Salad, and the Grilled Cheese. The employees and management are super friendly. I always feel welcome walking in. The portion sizes are great as well; I am always satisfied after a meal here.

Vegetarian options: There are clearly labeled vegetarian dishes on the menu, and all other items on the menu can be customized as well. The online menu is very easy to operate to see these options, and customize your meal how you'd like to. Ordering in store is also easy, and the employees are happy to assist.

Parking: There is a parking lot very close to the building, and an additional parking lot that is connected, though a bit further away.

Kid-friendliness: There are kid-friendly menu options that are delicious and healthy. There are plenty of tables and seats available, as well as outdoor seating options.

I recently attended a Yelp Elite event at Capriotti’s in Rock Hill and went rogue by ordering the tuna sandwich because we have to be #stlouispescatarianapproved I’m happy to report that Capriotti’s delivered! The tuna was perfectly creamy and the bread had a nice deli moistness with a slight crunch.

The owner’s passion for his deli and restaurant was infectious—he takes real pride in every sandwich. The flat potato fries were a nice twist on traditional fries. I also brought home a large wagyu steak sandwich for Daniel and I got an A+ for that.

The vibe of all the Yelp Elites converging was fantastic. I love seeing everyone in the wild. Capriotti’s is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a great sandwich spot with a dedicated owner.

We had a great experience today. The food was amazing but what stood out was the lady at the front counter. She was handing out order, taking food to our table, and taking orders. She was so friendly, always had a smile, and the other employees seemed to be having a good day even with it being a little busy. Well definitely be back.

As far as quality sandwich shops go, this ain't one of them. If you're looking for a Gioias, mom's, eovaldis, blues, Legrand, and etc, this ain't one of those shops. I put this place below those main chains like Jimmy John's and firehouse. Overpriced, not authentic, with 0 culture. You want a good sandwich, go to the places I just listed.

What amazing customer service! Our toddler had a meltdown after spilling a drink and they came out with a clean towel without even asking, and just took care of us in general. Plus the food is amazing!

I got a small italian sausage for about $14 from here. It was pretty good, although the sausage had lots of hard parts i had to keep spitting out. The quality is about on par with penn station, but almost double the price. However, the rewards seem good and the service was great. I'll try another sub sometime in the future

First time visiting Capriotti’s and ordered the small cheese steak with sweet peppers. The BLANDEST sandwich I’ve had in my life. Absolutely no flavor. I even had to use their popular sauce and it didn’t do much for the flavor. Let’s just say I won’t be returning here in the future.
