We went last night for our anniversary. We don’t usually go out so we wanted to go somewhere nice to celebrate… unexpectedly worse restaurant experience. The food was good but we ended up getting it boxed up to take home and eat. Never felt so uncomfortable and out of place by a restaurant. The servers need to do better.

We chose this spot for a sit-down dinner during our trip to St Louis. I had high hopes for this restaurant attached to the Drury Inn, but it was a letdown. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only three tables occupied, we were seated in an awkward corner right by the kitchen entrance.. Although the menu at the door advertised burgers—which is what we wanted—that menu was never offered to us once we sat down. We opted for the 30-day aged steak, but it was subpar, as were the other dishes. To make matters worse, my wine pour was less than a quarter-full, while I noticed other tables receiving significantly larger pours. Given the high price point, we expected much better quality and service. Definitely the low point of our otherwise great food tour of St. Louis!

On New Year's Eve we got a table in the corner, separated from the rest of the restaurant. Food is ok, but not so special as we expected. Service is very below expected - the waiter was waiting by table for us to go even kids didn't finish their meal and I didn't finish my glass of wine. I can't believe that someone is able to ruin someone's special night like they did to us. Don't recommend this place for anything. Edit: I have to add that it is not true that we came 20 minutes late. It was 15 minutes afrer our scheduled time when you gave us table in the corner without even offering us opportunity to choose do we want to wain another table when I have asked you do you have any other table. Good customer service is not to give me excuses and blame me as your guest. As I wrote already - waiting by the table for us to go is ashame, especially during New Year's Eve. I hope that a lot of people will see this review and never consider to make a reservation in your restaurant. This was very poor customer service and a top of that even worse response from whoever is behind the keyboard. All the best in New Year. I am so sorry that my New Year had to start in place like this.

This was a last minute reservation and it did not disappoint. Our server Kevin was friendly, explained the menu, and came around at the right times. Towards the end, we began discussing sports, and immediately we just felt like family. Drinks, food, and service, was phenomenal.
