First off this isnt our first time at this location but unfortunately will be our last.We placed an order online, $65 worth. Went to pick up the order, very nice counter girl. Came home started eating and my husband ate his appetizer first and then started on his pizza. Realized that it was wrong. We ordered pepperoni and sausage and even says that on the ticket. He got bacon and sausage. He was fine with the mistake because he does like bacon as well. No biggie. Half way through my hot wings, I requested well done and they weren't, a few weren't done to my request/order and they changed their ranch that tastes like store bought, yuck. Husband also noticied that there was burnt crumbs on the bottom of his pizza like they hadn't scraped it off the oven or the oven needs to be cleaned.We hadn't placed an order in awhile but wasn't our first. It's unfortunate, but we will not be ordering from this location anymore. There definitely been a change in who the cook is now compared to several months ago.Very disappointed customer. ?

We have been ordering delivery from Cecil Whittakers Creve Couer for over ten years. Food is mostly good and delivery service has always been great in the past. However ~ they are now using Door Dash for delivery of their food at times and our food has been recently left at another persons home twice. Thankfully the homeowners were able to find us. Another FYI~ last night we were charged $17 just for the delivery of our pizza, the total food amount was $42. Told they now charge $12 for delivery and an extra $5 if your home is over 4 miles from their location. This was not communicated when ordering over the phone and we have never been charged that much so assuming this is something new.

They should be ashamed of the gluten free pizza they prepared for us today! It was disgusting! Threw the whole thing away and ordered from another restaurant!

The food was great, but the service needs improvement. I actually gave her a higher score in the restaurant on a survey, but then, as I kept writing things down, I should have given her a lower score. She got my order SO wrong. 1. I ordered manicotti and got canelloni. I did not have her correct this. I was over it by then. 2. I ordered chef salad with NO onions. I got a house salad (not chef) WITH onions. I picked the onions out. Very annoying. Then, it dawned on me that there was no meat in my salad. I mentioned it to her, and she brought me some ham to put in it. 3. I paid an extra $1 to get cheese garlic bread instead of plain garlic bread. I got NO garlic bread, until I asked for it. Then, I got it to go. 4. To top it all off, she brought me the wrong bill. She brought me one for 2 meals. I was dining alone! The only part of my order she got right was my drink. On the positive side, she was nice and tried to correct her mistakes after I brought them to her attention.

First time placing a togo order from this location and I wasted half of the $36 I spent. The Bosco sticks tasted like freezer burnt. The two orders of fries we purchased were hard, not crispy, more like overcooked. The pizza obviously had been sitting while our other food was made because it wasn't even warm.Just got I'd try a new location in the area but will definitely be sticking to the Maryland Heights location.I will say the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly.

Toasted ravioli was awesome , mozzarella sticks tasty,side salad with ranch dressing so good. Mostcacolli good, everything was excellent.
