She proceeds to tell me myTotal was 57 dollars and some change.how can that be? I added it all up with our tax came to 41.98 without tax. So you telling me I’m getting charged 16 dollars for taxes !!! I called back she was very rude about me questioning the price. First of all she was rude when I first called to place the order. So she proceeded to tell me she onlyOne there and she doing kitchen also andSaid you want to cancel order very rudely. Yes by all means and I won’t be back.Well at least not to this location

My family tried to order over the phone with the sports special coupon they offer, two large pizzas with TWO toppings not one. However when we called the woman who answered yelled at us telling us that is not the deal. We told her then they must have changed the deal because it clearly says two topping on the coupon. She still refused to honor the coupon and told us we were being rude and hung up on us. We even tried to order in the restaurant and she refused us again. I would not go to this location if you can avoid it.

I wish I could give a 0 review, service was horrid and as we were leaving, we saw a rat in the dining room that was the biggest I've ever seen. We thought it was someone's cat until we saw the tail. Unreal!

Pizza is always good. I called to try to get an update on my pizza and I understand people are training but managers don't have to be rude whenever they pick up the phone. Manager had a real snot attitude when talking.

We called at 3 pm to place an order to pick up at 6 and we got there at 5:50 to pick it up and when my husband went in to pick it up they told him it would be a few more minutes and twenty minutes later my husband was still in the restaurant so I went in and asked the lady, Cassidy, what was going on because we had an event to be at at 630 and at this time it was 620 and she said that they gave our pizza to someone else and I asked her for a discount and she said no and then I asked her for her manager and she said that she wasn't there and I asked her for her manager's number and she didn't want to give it to me but finally did. I will be calling tomorrow.

We've been getting takeouts from this restaurant for years, and they've been great. Food is reliable, they are always nice on the phone and kind to us at pick up, just a solid and lovely neighborhood spot for fast casual food.

This has always been one of my favorite places to go since I was a teenager back in the late '80s however they have stopped offering extra large buy one get one free which was a huge selling point and I have to be honest, I don't know if I will be going back.... as often at least. I'm definitely going to check and see if some of the other locations still offer that. If they do I'm going to that location!
