Grew up with Cecil's and it's always been my favorite place for pizza. I'm sure the staff works very hard, and they're nice people. Please go for this place if you're in South City and want pizza delivery; teir pizza flavor, no matter the toppings, is still my personal favorite.
I'll say this about my 3 star rating: the price of the food now is way too high for the style of food this place provides, and the dine in experience I had wasn't great. I dined in with my partner and between the two of us our bill was a little over $50; we ordered a personal pepperoni pizza, a salad, one drink and an order of fried pickle chips. At the time, the place seemed understaffed, we had to seat ourselves, we didn't get refills on our drink, and the restaurant was honestly pretty dirty and had to approach the front counter and wait to receive and pay for our check. I understand that food prices are rising, but we dined in at a restaurant inthe Hill a week later for way better atmosphere, higher quality food, and enough staff to actually wait on us to get us refills and check on us for the same price. I'm sorry to the staff, and I'll still come back, but the Saint Charles locations seem to be in better shape and I'll still use this location for takeout or when their patio is open.

Great place to go and so quick and priced very well.

10/10 first experience!! We got the pleasure of having Jerry take care of us today. He was attentive, caring and was on top of EVERYTHING!! The FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! For our first time in here I can’t talk highly enough about it!!!! Will be making this place a go to from now on!! Thank you!!

Literally order from here all the time, prices constantly going up with less food. Coupons & all. have ordered the same salad for years, now the price is doubled 🤦🏽‍♀️ will not be ordering anymore this is crazy 🤦🏽‍♀️

So. Grand location is always a great place to go! Food is hot and fresh and served up quickly. They staff and servers are always friendly and welcoming. They know us when we come in and are happy to welcome us back. Atmosphere is great! Love this location and their staff and manager (he comes out and says hello when he's not too busy in the kitchen).

Ordered food and spent $65 only for all my sides to be made wrong. Then waited for them to be remade and they still messed up the sauces. So by the time I got home with my food the pizza and wings were cold.

They cooked my food wrong and then didn't answer the phone because it was 9:30 pm, so I didn't get to eat and I'm highly pissed. So I didn't get to eat. I'm going to corporate, I'm going to the bbb.
