The food here is really good, they are fast with the service and the employees are really nice

Employees at this location were not the kindest and gave attitude when I asked questions about pricing. I asked if it would be cheaper to get a meal and she answered yes but then looking at the receipt the combo alone ended up being $10- which was more than my sandwich alone… along with this when we asked for a refill on our drinks they told us no and said it was only one refill when the drinks were filled with mainly ice.. and would have liked to know this before paying close to $5 for a drink.. very disappointing when we paid $50+ for food. Will definitely be visiting other locations instead of west county in the future.

Watermelon lemonade - 4/5 cold and very sweet in a good way, great for hot summer day

Rude staff that can't speak English.

My last 2 orders have been inaccurate and disgusting. I tried reaching out to address the issues to be completely disregarded and ignored. I won't be ordering from here again. I paid $20 for lettuce and barely any cheese (note I paid extra for cheese). Not to mention tomato and all other ingredients on only one half of my large sandwich, and my banana peppers on the side like an afterthought? No, thank you. I can do better than this with less effort.

Advice: don’t get anything chicken here. It tastes like shredded tree bark. Not to mention the loaded fries were firm. Think like the fries sat out for a few hours. Save your money and eat before you even go shopping at this mall.

Asked for fries with no bacon and just ranch and cheese and a large coke. Gave me my food and as I walked away I smelled the bacon coming through the box. Not a big deal I’ll just deal with it but my cup which was a large was filled to the brim with just ice so there was barely any soda. My meal was almost 10 dollars. Absolutely not worth it and after reading the reviews they are also very hateful towards minority groups such as lgbtq and trans people. Very disgusting

They were so rude to me because I was looking at my phone while I waited.They yelled out “girl on the phone” and could have just called my number because I was literally their only customer.They told me that technology was a problem and I’m the source! Never going back

Pedro the assistant manager working the register at 5:00 7/17/24 was the rudest person ever. Looked down and mumbled and would get upset when i corrected his mistake of stuff i didnt order. Order was so messed up i decided just to let it go. Foods fantastic but this guy makes me not want to go here. Ps. Every worker had a name tag that said pedro assistant manager so idk if that was him or not.

I always been a customer at all locations but lately I noticed they weight the fries and take off any extra ones . WHAT potato is the cheapest ingredient and now they have to weight it .the fries box barley was half full and how much is the meal it's almost 17 dollars more than steak house .I don't think I will be back .sorry

Twice now we’ve had John N. as a cashier and have had the worse experience. He doesn’t greet you just stares at you until feel like an idiot and you ask if he is taking orders and he just nods his head. We placed our orders and he got them completely messed up. We asked them at the end not to add toppings again and they still did. The lack of communication is ridiculous and ruins the experience.
