Best service I’ve received for a mall food spot and the food is always on point. 10/10 if you love subs, this is the spot to go for a cheap bite :)

Omar is the Best

The food is good , the service not so well . The foreign workers are usually rude and rush everybody while ordering . The cashier is not so nice . Do better !

I’ve had this once and nothing was very good at all, the food made me incredibly sick and my friend threw up at the time, it was watery and moist even the French fries. I’ve never gone back but I feel like other reviews mirror this experience. However, I will say that the workers were very kind and so welcoming to customers!

Employees at this location were not the kindest and gave attitude when I asked questions about pricing. I asked if it would be cheaper to get a meal and she answered yes but then looking at the receipt the combo alone ended up being $10- which was more than my sandwich alone… along with this when we asked for a refill on our drinks they told us no and said it was only one refill when the drinks were filled with mainly ice.. and would have liked to know this before paying close to $5 for a drink.. very disappointing when we paid $50+ for food. Will definitely be visiting other locations instead of west county in the future.

Rude staff that can't speak English.

My last 2 orders have been inaccurate and disgusting. I tried reaching out to address the issues to be completely disregarded and ignored. I won't be ordering from here again. I paid $20 for lettuce and barely any cheese (note I paid extra for cheese). Not to mention tomato and all other ingredients on only one half of my large sandwich, and my banana peppers on the side like an afterthought? No, thank you. I can do better than this with less effort.

Advice: don’t get anything chicken here. It tastes like shredded tree bark. Not to mention the loaded fries were firm. Think like the fries sat out for a few hours. Save your money and eat before you even go shopping at this mall.

Asked for fries with no bacon and just ranch and cheese and a large coke. Gave me my food and as I walked away I smelled the bacon coming through the box. Not a big deal I’ll just deal with it but my cup which was a large was filled to the brim with just ice so there was barely any soda. My meal was almost 10 dollars. Absolutely not worth it and after reading the reviews they are also very hateful towards minority groups such as lgbtq and trans people. Very disgusting

They were so rude to me because I was looking at my phone while I waited.They yelled out “girl on the phone” and could have just called my number because I was literally their only customer.They told me that technology was a problem and I’m the source! Never going back

The crew there think its funny to make fun of a trans-woman and repetitivly call her sir when requested to use the right pronouns.
