Super convenient breakfast lunch spot in the Chase Park Plaza. The food was really good. The drinks are really good, the service is really slow. I tried to give some grace considering we were there on a holiday. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back.

We walked in after I'd had a reservation for 3 weeks, the sign said seat yourself and the team would be with us shortly. We waited 15 minutes during which time the server made eye contact with us but never came to serve us. We walked out and found another place to eat.

The Chase is beautifully decorated for Christmas, and our service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food and our service was prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Chase is always a great place to go and a great place to be, but for some reason the menu is not as good as it used to be. They took the burger sliders off and there was not much of a choice with the other food that was on there.

The menu said 1 thing price wise, and the bill reflects something TOTALLY different! To get you to pay MORE! If you don't pay attention to what you have ordered! Then management co-sign and gives you excuses about the price differences! I will NEVER go back there and spend a penny!

I thought it was a little dirty/grimy when I popped in, so I walked right out. Maybe it was a bad day. Will give it another try in the future.
Great little bar in the Chase hotel. Great place to grab a snack and a drink before you go to the movies.
Bartenders were very helpful and real friendly. Great service.
The wings were amazing and the Caesar salad was just fine.
Park in the hotel parking and you can get your parking paid for. Just ask your server for validation.

The A/C indoors was way too cold and I’m from NYC. We sat outside and the patio is large and clean. Very nice evening atmosphere. The food is not good! They must do better at such a posh presenting establishment. Nachos were served cold. Doesn’t make sense to have just ok wings on any menu in the USA. Get your culinary staff together!
