Last night’s experience was so disappointing that I can confidently say I won’t be returning.
My daughter and I approached the hostess stand simply hoping for a pleasant evening and a table outside. There were at least seven other families already seated outdoors, so it seemed like a reasonable request. Instead, we stood there for nearly ten minutes waiting for someone to seat us.
When someone finally came over, we were met by a very surly hostess who immediately asked whether we wanted a booth or a table. I politely explained that we’d prefer to sit outside. Without any explanation, courtesy, or attempt at hospitality, she bluntly told us they were not seating people outside. When I pointed out that several families were already seated there, she curtly responded, “Well, we aren’t seating anymore,” and then dismissively asked if I wanted to “change my mind.”
The tone was rude, the attitude was unwelcoming, and the complete lack of basic customer service was astonishing. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no effort to accommodate or even politely clarify the situation.
Rather than spend money somewhere that treats guests like an inconvenience, we chose to leave. There are too many restaurants that value their customers to waste time at one that clearly does not.
Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Near home and a favorite till recently. I will never go back. I took my daughter for a dreadful experience. Her salad had brown edge lettuce and my chips were so soggy that I had to eat topping off my nachos with a fork. Waiters response was I'm sure the salad was fresh and the cheese was too hot when they put it on the chips. Final blow was when credit card was charged more than I Signed for. Restaurant was empty when we visited at prime time and I can see why.

We always request Tracy. She’s a wonderful waitress and this is the original Chevy‘s fresh mex. It is fantastic food and service.

The carnitas were so salty they were inedible. The nachos came without what the menu said came on them. They had no jalapeños in restraunt. This was not Tex or Mex. Least of all fresh!
