I just don't know what happened. I ordered a 8 piece chicken tenders, fries and potatoe wedges. They def was not tenders, like small popcorn chicken, then on top of it, it was 30 bucks, fine, then I got a email saying they charged me another $3.33 for the special instructions! Get this! I asked for a side or BBQ and ranch in the special instructions! They charged me for asking for sides of dipping sauce that i didn't get either of them! The place has got so warn down and dirty in there. I use to love this place.
It's St. Louis! So many other places to go! I would not recommend this place at all. I promise there is plenty of other better and more clean and won't charge you more on your credit card after you leave without saying anything. That's bad business.

I preordered and picked up 150 pieces of chicken for a work picnic on Sunday for ~100 people and 50% of people came up to me to ask where the chicken was from, not to mention the countless email and text inquiries till now (Tuesday). Amazing value, amazing flavor, amazing service. Not a bad experience since I’ve been going (circa 2017)🫶🏽🍉

I had an amazing experience at South Side Fish Chicken and Grill… The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The fried fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the chicken was seasoned just right juicy and packed with taste. Their sides were just as good…..highly recommend the fries…
The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the portions were generous for the price. You can tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Whether you're craving seafood or a good chicken meal, this place hits the spot every time. Definitely coming back soon…

The lady gave me one hot sauce then tried to charge me for more when I got 4 catfish they ass weird in here and they they over charged for everything candy chips man stop supporting they ahh
