I ordered two kid meals, but they accidentally gave me grilled nuggets instead of the fried ones that my kids prefer. Additionally, the soda lids weren’t properly closed, resulting in a mess all over my front seat. Despite these issues, I’m giving them a four-star rating because the staff is consistently friendly and treats their customers with great care.

I absolutely love the chicken sandwiches and chocolate milkshakes! Plus the coffee is always a perfect go-to for warming up and getting my day a going! Chick-fil-A and it's employees here once again prove there still are great American restaurants running well year round!

I was in the area for medical testing, I hadn't been able to eat for 7 hours, placed a mobile order only to find out when I arrived that they canceled all the mobile and online orders because they wanted to close early. They did not notify anyone of this and the team member said if my refund didn't come through I would have to come back to the store. Again, this was 2 hours away from where I live. If you are going to close early, shut off online ordering. If orders are already placed, then notify your customers so they can make other arrangements and not waste people's time. Completely unprofessional and flat out rude.
This is the second time in 2 weeks that they have left something out of our drive thru order and our delivery order. When I called and told them they left if out of our delivery order they said I would have to go to uber eats to get my money back. I asked why they couldn't just make me another wrap and I would come and get it but they refused. We never even attempted to get our chicken sandwich that they left out of our drive thru order. Also, about 2 months ago I waited 20 min in a parking spot for my food after ordering in the drive thru. I was shorted a fry and cheese sauce that time. Not sure what is going on at this location but it needs some serious help!

I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this time the customer service was awful. The staff was rude, got my order wrong, and didn’t even bother to apologize. It took forever to fix, and no one seemed to care. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing!
