Not sure what is going on, but the fries have been horrible the past couple months. They taste old and seem like they are not cooked all the way. Not sure if it is like this at other locations. I've read some rumor about pea starch or something. If that is the case, please go back to the old way of cooking your fries! I am at the point where I more than likely will quit getting fries from here.

Was a very dirty place. We saw a server drop chicken, then put it back into the container and bring it to the customer. Wouldn't go to this one again.

Pulled up on a drive-through could not understand what person is saying pull up to the window and they said they are closed. Not a great customer service. I have been Chick-fil-A customer for 15 years never again.

I love CFA - but geez, this is the SLOWEST drive thru in STL. Always allow atleast 15-20 minutes for this experience. Mobile order doesn’t speed anything up.
