I was in the bathroom when there was a Tornado Watch/Warning @ the Hampton location in St.Louis, MO & the manager on duty was very professional & kind.The few customers & employees stayed in the bathrooms & some of the other employees were in the storage rm.between the 2 bathrooms.After awhile we got the all clear & the storm had passed,& I was able to order my food,& get my free fries from the App & be on my way.I felt very safe the whole time.

She didn’t rush, didn’t treat it like small talk, and truly listened. When I responded, it didn’t feel intrusive—just human. They would not serve me lunch during breakfast hours around 930… Not everyone wants breakfast ya know I took a bus over 40 minutes to eat and they can’t make it for me. Thank you guys 🙏

April 2025, two items = $14.72 Ordering two items here basically pays for one hour of employment for one employee. So I basically paid someone's wage for my meal. Not eating here again. What a rip off for fast food.

My go to order is the wrap. I'm visiting from out of town and have been to at least 20 chick fil a locations in the past year. This location has awful portion sizes on their wraps. This has happened twice now. I will not be returning.
If this is the only location you've had a wrap at, know this location doesn't know how to make them and they're amazing at other locations.
