At the hospital for my sons cancer treatment and we didn’t receive all of our food we ordered, maybe my fault for not checking before we walked all the way back to his room but have more stressful things to worry about. Just wish a simple trip to our sons favorite restaurant would have been smoother.

Came at 2:30 for lunch on 6/14/25. Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Chicken was rubbery, appeared reheated. Waffle fries were cold. Lady at the counter was rude. Asked if we’re paying with cash or card, when stated cash, she turned around. A minute later we said we can do card and she turned around to take our order with a negative attitude. Do not recommend this place to anyone and not coming to this location ever again.

This location is meant for students. There’s no parking and the service/food is below Chick fil A standards. The food does not come out hot. They are out of a lot stuff or simply don’t carry it at this location. Which you won’t find out until you get there. And you basically have to order from a kiosk. Wish there was another one in the area. Better off going somewhere else.

**impossible to find if you're not a student** GPS takes you the wrong way- BEHIND the builing u should be near the parking garages. Slowest chikfila I've ever been to. Was dying for a milkshake. They have a milkshake machine but will not make you one. All kiosk ordering. Don't even try to have someone take your order.
