Came at 2:30 for lunch on 6/14/25. Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Chicken was rubbery, appeared reheated. Waffle fries were cold. Lady at the counter was rude. Asked if we’re paying with cash or card, when stated cash, she turned around. A minute later we said we can do card and she turned around to take our order with a negative attitude. Do not recommend this place to anyone and not coming to this location ever again.

This location is meant for students. There’s no parking and the service/food is below Chick fil A standards. The food does not come out hot. They are out of a lot stuff or simply don’t carry it at this location. Which you won’t find out until you get there. And you basically have to order from a kiosk. Wish there was another one in the area. Better off going somewhere else.

**impossible to find if you're not a student** GPS takes you the wrong way- BEHIND the builing u should be near the parking garages. Slowest chikfila I've ever been to. Was dying for a milkshake. They have a milkshake machine but will not make you one. All kiosk ordering. Don't even try to have someone take your order.

What a joke. A thousand Chick-fil-A flags so you know you're in the right place but none of them actually tell you where to go or how to get in to the food court. When you finally get there, order from a touch screen machine (no cashier) and they're out of half of their items.

Sad to say, this is probably the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Only 2 people working. 6 people who ordered after me got their food first. From the time i ordered a salad with a side of fries it tooks almost 30 min to get my food. The lemonade is $2-$4 extra. The food was mediocre at best. I will drive an extra 10-15 minutes to get decent service and decent food.
