I am so proud of Chicken Scratch!!! It is so tasty and they take amazing pride in their business. The owner is so sweet. One time our food wasn’t ready yet and my kids were having a meltdown. He brought us their delicious honey rolls! Another time, I left without drinks we paid for and he chased me to make sure I received them. So happy they’re doing great business and I have such an amazing breakfast right by. 😍😍😍😍

Ordered take-out last week for the first time. Ordered the Caesar Wrap Box with the Brussel sprouts and added a side of fries with unicorn sauce. My bill was $24.85 (inc. $1.00 tip + $2.00 'online service charge'). I received my order in a brown bag and came home with no Brussel sprouts. Called them letting them know their mistake and nothing was done for their mistake.
Make sure to check the bag before leaving restaurant if you order take out. Good food, but absolutely NOT worth what I paid for.

After reading the reviews we decided to give this place a try. We should have known when we pulled up at lunch time and it was empty but still we decided to try it for ourselves. There is no way the chicken sandwich was hand breaded - it was a dry patty with a thick breading on it - no flavor. The chicken dip was filled with slimy, dark pulled chicken with multiple pieces that were rubbery to the point you couldn't chew them. The Brussel sprouts were okay. We were highly disappointed in the food and it was almost $40 for two people people and we didn't even get drinks. The guy who took our order was friendly. If I am being honest, I would have rather had Chick-fil-a.

Best fried chicken sandwich ever, perfectly crisp and full of flavor!! We tried the beet salad and peppers too.. So fresh and taste homemade! Just a short drive off the highway and absolutely worth it! We ate in the car, because we were on the go.. Food was packed perfectly for easy travel! Extra clean place and friendly staff. I can’t wait until our next road trip to come back and try more !
Amazing chicken, and amazing restaurant I've come to this place a couple times and every time it is superb and top quality. I usually get some of their tenders they are the best.

Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something! I've driven by many times, but was the first time I’ve stopped in. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and side of Brussels sprouts. The chicken was cooked fresh to order, so it took a few minutes, but it was well worth the wait. Crispy, juicy, very flavorful and a large portion. The Scratch sauce was excellent with subtle flavors including tarragon and really complimented the chicken. The Brussels sprout were very good as well, but the sandwich shined the brightest. I’ll be back!

Food here was Great! The service was amazing and they handled my Allergies very well. Also the atmosphere was great as there was great music and decoration. Would highly recommend!
My son and I wanted to try a new spot for lunch and a quick Google search led us to Chicken Scratch. They are known for their rotisserie chicken so that is what I tried with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. My son wanted a nice crispy chicken sandwich so he tried that with slice of provolone added. My rotisserie chicken was very flavorful and tender. 4.5 / 5. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also delicious and well seasoned. 4 / 5. My son said his chicken sandwich was delicious with a nice crunch. He didn't even need the sauce that came on the side. Overall a great dining experience at a new place. We will most likely be back when we are in the area. Oh yeah, the gentleman working the counter was very helpful, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they serve.

Had a decent, but not phenomenal meal from here. Ordered the Chicken Tenders & Fries, which are supposedly house made. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a singular, family owned shop specializing in Chicken Tenders, so I was intrigued. The Tenders were okay, they needed some more seasoning, but they were definitely crispy. The fries were a bit on the soggy side and were salty.
Maybe I’m picky but I don’t think the meal was 100% worth the price— it was filling though.

Very friendly workers! Forgot the guys name (sorry) but he gave me some free mashed potatoes that were delish. Chicken caesar wrap was good as was the fries. Will be back to try some other things.

Seriously the best chicken restaurant ever! I seriously couldn’t believe there wasn’t a line out the door. Chicken Sandwich was amazing & the Dorito Burrito will change your life! The fries are a little over seasoned, but overall an absolute delicious meal!
