Got the spicy chicken sandwich. I LOVED the spices and flavor of it, but the texture of the chicken was awful. It was very rubbery and ruined the sandwich. It was also pricey. The kale salad was delicious and light but you got very little for the price.

The staff were friendly.

The cashier was very nice. The cook was very nice.Everyone who worked there was very kind, but on the other hand, the food was actually raw.

Chicken was not good! Dry and to overpriced for something not good at all

The server was super nice but do not get the Caesar dressing if you’re expecting a traditional Caesar salad. It’s fishy. Reminded me more of a tuna salad with chicken in it. There’s also no Parmesan or pepper on the salad.

Wonderful sandwich. Wanted to pay in cash. No option to do so. Won't come back on that account.

We had a great experience at this little food court chicken restaurant. The rotisserie was good, the fries were very good and the service was fast. Prices were also reasonable. The only complaint is the excessive dressing on the Caesar salad.

I recently went to a chicken scratch restaurant for the first time, and I was very disappointed. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was so dry and flavorless that I could barely choke it down. The fries were soggy and greasy, and the salad was wilted and disgusting. I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog.
The service was just as bad as the food. The waitstaff was rude and inattentive, and it took forever to get our food. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and inedible. I can't believe I wasted my time and money at this dump.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. In fact, I would advise everyone to stay far away from this place. If you're looking for a good chicken restaurant, I suggest you go anywhere else. This place is a complete and total disaster.

Edit: he got 5 others as well

I had the quarter bird breast & wing with a side of brussel sprouts and my goodness was it tasty! I usually don't go for breast because some places tend to overcook it but that's not the case here. It was juicy and the seasoning on the skin was great! The gentleman that took my order is super friendly and helpful. Gotta recommend them!

First time here. Everything was seasoned beautifully. Brad was amazingly friendly and informative of their menu. I think it’s worth the price. ?

the chicken sandwich i got was raw. the cooked parts of it were ok but it had a weird texture to it that i didn't like (probably just cause it was raw though). the fries were pretty good, they were very crispy and seasoned well. the buns on the sandwich didn't really taste right. it kinda tasted like day old bread. my meal was 24$ for just myself which kinda crazy for the food that was served to me. maybe i'll change my review in the future if i come back but yeah cook y'all chicken

I couldn't find a protein breakfast anywhere at the foundry, anywhere.. Not a good place for diabetics or for breakfast. So I opted for a really good coffee around the corner from chicken scratch. I order a half of Rotisserie chicken And a killer salad. Both to die 4 0 m g. So freaking good. Kill salad was crispy and fresh and has crunchy things on it with a light lemon dressing delicious. And I don't know what they use for spices on this chicken, but it is so good. Great customer service. I also ordered these scratch sauce, which is a buttermilk dill. . Yeah that's how made for sure.
