Let’s face it, it’s Chili’s. It’s an airport Chili’s. It’s an airport Chili’s at Lambert. Don’t get your hopes up. The food is terrible. The service is service. When it’s service. The only real redeeming thing is there’s alcohol. It’s not very good either. And like everything else it’s wildly overpriced. But it does the job while you sit in this miserable purgatory waiting to get on a flying fart locker full of intolerable strangers hopefully heading somewhere much more pleasant.

I was treated like I did not matter at all. A man came to the bar with dogs and I said I was allergic so I was forced to move instead of the person just arriving. This is due to the bartender knowing this individual and being fine with his dogs sniffing and licking other people without their permission. This should not be allowed in an airport!
Great food and service, especially Jeremy and danny. Reasonable prices.

Waste of time and money. Don’t pay online until you are done so you can tip accordingly.Long red hair waitress barely looked at us, while spending lots of time with a man at the bar instead. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. We received dessert before our actual food, which the waitress joked about (and didn’t take our dessert dishes when she gave us the food. Had to leave it at a different table so we had room to eat). Food was not worth finishing. Also missing some items, and we had to ask someone other than our waitress for since she was not attentive enough to notice. Disappointing experience.

Tina was an amazing waitress, very responsive and helpful. The service was lighting fast and the refills were plentiful and never ending. My 7-year old loved the chips and salsa. My 9-year old liked all the food, and said the the Mac and cheese was extra cheesy. My wife said it was a nice snack while waiting for a flight. Best of all, it was directly across from our gate.
