Every Mexican restaurant I go to, I always try the Chimichangas first. I did a pick up order. The Chimichangas had no cheese on top. I asked where was the cheese sauce, they pointed that it was located at the bottom. It was good but not the best I’ve had. Disappointed especially since it’s called CHIMICHANGAS 😂

Classic south city atmosphere. The chicken in the enchiladas was a little dry and the margaritas tasted fake. But I loved the rice and the chips. Bummer their website promotes a Taco Tuesday special but they did not have any taco specials on the Tuesday that we visited.

I’ve been coming here for years, however; it’s been a while since I’ve visited. Today did not disappoint! Food was delicious as always. Grabbed the lunch fajita quesadilla and of course a small frozen lime margarita. Plenty of food for a lunch serving. No wait, seated immediately. Waiter was funny and accommodating.

I've been going there for quite a while and it seems as though very recently there seems to be a new menu and a new chef. The dishes have gotten better tasting and the servings are plentiful.

Currently 1 STAR. I will not lower my rating, because it used to be 5 stars for almost 10 years. No longer, though.
This used to be our FAVORITE place for many years. I've been eating there since at least 2013. Unfortunately, not too long ago they changed owners and the food quality has gone WAY down and the prices have gone up. I tried still going from time to time because a lot of the waitstaff remained the same and they are wonderful people, but the food is just not good anymore. It is always too salty, often under- or over-cooked, has made me sick twice, and the prices are higher than they were with previous owners. I understand times change, but this is the end of an era. It used to be one of the best places to eat in town.

The appetizers and entrée were great, the sopapillas were good, but a little tough.
Vegetarian options: There were a few, but not a separate section.
