Told me that the city water was down and then brought me a bottle of water and wanted me to pay for it. I suggested they should be giving water away was told the owner was too cheap. You can't temporarily give out a 20-cent bottle of water for a 15.00 meal you're kidding me. They brought me a burrito with hamburger meat and told me it was wrong but I'll bet that's what they give to most people. Bad attitudes. Stay away.

Our waiter acted like we were an inconvenience and when we ordered guacamole $6.95 and queso for $5.50 they came out in plastic cups without any chips. The food was good though.

Went into chimi’s around 8pm, tried to order some nachos, they brought the wrong order out, when i tried to replace the order they told me the kitchen was closed, when speaking to the manager she told me to read the menu next time, I will never be back ! & not to mention they weren’t even busy , maybe only 4 tables had people at it

I ordered the Nachos the were baby size portion. They had 1 "slice" of tomato on there the Nachos were soggy food was tasteless. They charge for takeout and gave me the smallest container of salsa in the world. NEVER AGAIN!

Placed and order for: 1 large salsa 1 large cheese dip 1 extra bag of chips 1 side of rice 4 shrimp soft tacos 7 chicken soft tacos "OSCAR" took the order over the phone, we had to repeat the order to him several times before "OSCAR" CONFIRMED he had our order correct regarding the items listed above. Total came to $81.00 and some change. Picked up order, got home, found no large salsa, and 4 soft chicken tacos missing. Called back up to Chimi's in Overland. Spoke to "OSCAR" again, he apologized and stated he will put the order into the kitchen, and it would be ready in 10 minutes. at this point additional payment was never talked about. I went back up to Chimi's in Overland with the original reciept, spoke with"OSCAR". He then stated that there will be additional charges for the food that we were ALREADY charged for, and that he made an error and forgot the send the entire order to the kitchen. I spoke with 3 people in person while at Chimi's in Overland, all 3 were polite but were no help. They could not see that an ERROR was made on thier end, and that it was/is not correct to charge me again for THIER error. I spoke with the manager over the phone, she also agreed with the employee(s) and stated that I should have to pay for his ERROR. I go to Chimi's in Over land often, usually great food and service, but I am left very dis satisfied after this visit. to make a long story short here is what happened. I order food via phone. the order was confirmed via phone. I did not recieve ALL the items that were CONFIRMED/PAID FOR I returned to get ALL the items that were previously CONFIRMED/PAID FOR I was then charged to complete my original order. Call me crazy but I feel this is wrong. Please contact to correct issue.
