I love Chipotle. Depending on where I am traveling, I probably have it once a week or not twice. It is understandable when things aren't quite right because the menu items and preparation are pretty standard, and you usually don't get bad food, but maybe bad staff service. This time, it was a failure after failure to meet expectations. I made a delivery order and had the delivery driver contact me, saying the store was confused about what I ordered. After I told them, they still made it incorrectly. When it arrived (only 10 minutes away from my hotel), the meal was cold and tasted off. The chicken was gummy, the beans hard, and the rice didn't have the usual lime flavor. The chips had little to no salt and seemed surprisingly stale. It has to be this location. I will put in a hard pass the next time I am in town. I took maybe five bites and said that's enough

I’ve been too a lot of chipotles and this one here is By Far the worst in the States !! Not having anything in stock and food was by far Not Good at All there ages have nothing to do with just having good Quality Food served worst 30 dollars spent I don’t eat McDonald’s or this like that but I rather Eat a cheeseburger than anything from here again!!

Very disappointed. Me and my family came to get some chipotle and I have MANY things to complain about. The bowls my family got weren’t even filled, they were halfway. I ordered a quesadilla and it was the skinniest, unmelted, quesadilla I have EVER seen. How does one even mess up a bowl that you DONT have to cook. That is EMBARRASSING. Do not go here, absolute waste of time ❤️
