Got a bowl and a burrito. The
Steak felt like it was on rations, and nothing was warm.

Staff were sound, quick, polite, no complaints there.

But honestly… I’ve had Chipotle in other cities and it’s been great.
This one felt like St Louis took the spirit of Chipotle… then filed it down to the bare minimum.

All the ideas, none of the flavour and somehow it lost its warmth.

Bad portions. Just got half-scooped on my chicken portion. Asked for them to make it right and they refused. Normally I don't complain but when I just watched half the chicken fall off the scoop before they put it in my bowl, I expect to get the rest of what I paid for. Lady was rude. Didn't get her name. Food was tasty but not worth $10 for the bowl.

The inside of the store is dirty... but the taste is the best!!
If you ask for more food, they give you more, so it's the best.
The taste is also great. You have to ask them to remove the cilantro.
