My friend bought me lunch and in that experience, we got to enjoy being double charged for my meal. Also, as I was ordering, I had asked about the very tiny amount of queso that I would be charged for being pulled from a very empty pan that obviously didn’t fill the ladle, to which the employee ignored my question and insisted that I focus on the table that we had already moved onto without answering or resolving my question. I probably could’ve insisted but as a customer, I do not think it’s my job to persist that an employee do their job right.

Went for lunch. Trying not to sound to petty but if you are out of a product like sour cream it needs to be posted up front not told to you when your half way down the line adding items to your food. Makes a difference when I'm getting tacos and that's one of the 4 things on my add on list. Then we get to the register and j paid with cash and they didn't have the coin change to give back. I know cash isn't as popular as it used to be but then you may think it would be easier to keep some on hand. Then I got my food and they were clean out of napkins. Place was filthy and the only napkins left were the ones left on tables by other customers.
Just aggravated at this point, not worth saying anything. Just not worth another visit. Not sure if there is no manager or what but if there is they are doing a terrible job.

I ordered a burrito for delivery via Grubhub: carne asada chicken, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. The burrito arrived with the wrong kind of meat, white rice, and pinto beans, THAT'S IT, none of the other ingredients were included. The chicken was so rubbery it was inedible, the tortilla was so rubbery I couldn't even bit through it on my first bite, the rice was overcooked and rock hard at times, and the pinto beans were dry and tasted like cat food. The whole order went in the trash. These folks want $15/hr for minimum wage but can't make a simple one-item order with any amount of accuracy, which would be the minimum thing they have to do in a day at work. Completely unacceptable, and Chipotle offered no recourse other than to file the complaint in the corporate office. Done with Chipotle forever as this has happened 100% of the time I've ordered food there.

It’s pretty common to have poor service at any chain on Olive so I’m not even going to address it. Trash everywhere. Messy line. Disappointing

I been sick for a week and today was the first day I was able to eat anything. As soon as I dug in my bowl there was several pieces of HAIR in my food! I am beyond disgusted and frustrated. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I will be requesting a refund in the morning and also will make a call to cooperate. Also, the food was SALTY, very!

Gluten allergy....alpha gal....I have both. This is one of the few places I can eat. The young lady who waited on me was very considerate and helped to address my concerns. She made sure to the best of her ability to not cross contaminate using clean utensils offered to get some things from the back, which i told her wasnt necessary right now for me... The food was amazing! I can have the bowls, which is what I would get before I got diagnosed, I had no reactions which means no contamination for me. They stayed busy, I could see how a few things in the dining area got behind, it was right at lunch rush, but they never even made me feel I wasn't important or holding up the line. All the food was stocked well, and everyone was so kind. I would come here again! Thank you!!

Im visiting St. Louis and I have never encountered such a disgusting and unprofessional environment. There was food all over the floor and counter. And they were dragging people's food across the food covered counter. It is a health and safety risk. Additionally we found a hair in our food. Wouldn't recommend eating here.

walked in and was greeted with, “ we’re out of a lot of stuff.” ok. great start. hot lamps were turned off 30 min to close, so by the time i got home, food was cold. bland, cold food is not a great way to eat dinner. would not recommend

Came here Oct11 at 9pm. Had no chicken or white rice and when asked how long it will be I was met with an impolite “I don’t know” went with steak instead but chicken ended up being ready 2 min later… Took them about 10min to checkout the people in front of me and there were multiple workers just standing around and talking loudly to each other about things not related to helping customers. Serving station was dirty, had lettuce in my guac. about 15min later after initially being helped I was able to checkout my extremely poorly wrapped burrito which made it so inconvenient to eat… and guess what, no napkins either. Tables weren’t clean and trash cans were running over with trash. This was a terrible experience, and I’m fine with most things but the terrible service here is unacceptable, will have to switch Qdoba if it doesn’t improve. Felt like I was robbed of my money

This Chipotle location really disappointed me. The food was bland and lacked flavour. The guac and corn salsa was so flavourless. The hot salsa was not even spicy, and very bland.

Service was quick, and the inside was clean. This visit definitely missed the mark.
