I ordered through app for pickup and even when I reached 10 mins post pickup time food wasnt ready. The bowl did not have fajita veggies no black beans whatsoever. I did not ask to put lettuce but bowl was full of it. Very less quantity and when I reported to pepper chat it just gave me a free drink like whatttt? Disgusting experience no value for money. I had been to other chipotle locations elsewhere but never was disappointed as much as this location disappoint me.

Extremely rude and awful staff. They messed up my order and then started arguing with me because I asked if they could fix it. I get it if you’re having a bad day but there’s no need to start shouting just because I ask for corn.

I’ve gone to this chipotle location for about 5 years and unfortunately it’s gone downhill. There’s been times when I’ve gone in and they were missing fajitas, corn, etc. & they didn’t even try to make a new batch. Not to mention the food is always cold (like my chicken bowl tonight). One time, I went and they ran out of plastic silverware… keep in mind this chipotle is right next to a grocery store. Buying customers had to walk to Dierbergs to get a plastic fork for their meal!

They consistently under portion- especially when I've paid for double portion, which is insane. Additionally, when ordering through Chipotle app, they mark things as "ready for pickup" 10 full minutes before it's actually ready, so i end up standing inside waiting for an excessive amount of time. One more thing - brown rice takes longer to cook than white rice and takes a little more water. I don't want crunchy brown rice. Once, shame on you. Twice? Shame on me. Thrice? Never again.

Do not order online from this Chipotle branch; they consistently mess up orders. Last night, when I arrived to pick up my order, I discovered that someone else had already taken it. The staff member at the counter claimed it wasn’t her responsibility and refused to provide a replacement. I had to pay for my food again.

Additionally, their app’s automated chatbot is useless—it doesn’t even offer an option to cancel an order if it’s picked up by someone else. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this location.

All of the people working here are cool but a white girl is always rude or something, or maybe it's because I'm an immigrant here, which is pretty obvious by the way we dress.

The guac is brown and they only make it once a day in the morning, according to staff. It tasted bad so we requested a refund- had to drive back to location and go in twice for correct $ refund.
With all the issues with food salmonella etc for Chipotle you would think they would have better food standards. Ie Make fresh guacamole throughout the day so it isn’t brown and mushy etc

Picked up 4 burrito bowls today, two white rice and two brown rice. All of the rice was very undercooked. One person mentioned it was like chewing on seeds. The steak and brisket was very dry/overcooked. Everything else was fine, the portions were reasonable, but the undercooked rice really killed the meal. This is the second occasion I've had undercooked rice from here. I figured I might've caught them on an off day the first time so I have them another shot. Nope, seems to be a consistent issue. Will not be coming back to this location anymore.
