This is THE WORST Chipotle location I have ever been to. The staff is beyond lazy about making my order correct. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered from this location online, my order is either wrong or my bowl is missing several ingredients. Tonight, not only did my delivery order get canceled for some unknown reason, but yet again, when I picked it up...the were out of chips and when I got home, my bowl was missing all my veggies (ordered double veggies) and my salsa. I will NEVER go to this location again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away as well. As a business owner, this place is a failure and completely unacceptable and it needs to be shut down. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I walked in. I wasn't greeted first got to the line. There was no communication between me and the food worker and I had me and my cousin's order to be finished and I was basically directing him the whole time and after I instructed to have a tortilla on the side. I didn't get it and once I got to the register I asked for my discount was told that I had to eat inside but before that it was hesitation about giving it to me and then as I was proceeding to check out he had answered the phone while he was still checking me out they didn't have no forks and our orders were supposed to be together. He wrung them up separate and overall they all had an attitude or didn't talk

Stopped in at 7:00pm on a Saturday. Fully expecting the service to be slow. There were 5 gentleman working their butts off; cooking fresh food, keeping the line moving and the customers happy. Great work!! Food delicious as always

This location is awful. I was in a pinch for dinner so tried this location one more time. I ordered double chicken and double fajita veggies. The food is cold and this is NOT what a double portion looks like on either item. I have tried to call and get a refund, and they hang up. This location is the worst. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

A shout Out To Fellow Door Dashers, Please Understand the English Language B4 You think u can deliver Food in the good ole USA. A Dasher snatched up my order instead of hi. Leah & Lauren 2 different names. Any way I caught him B4 he left the parking lot. Any way Dashers don't make Chipotle or Others life Hell. Cuz u don't understand our names. Just saying these folks at Chipotle Rock. I'm sure they Food is Great. They are busy that tells me It's 🔥. 😋

I keep trying to give this Chipotle a chance, after multiple times of getting carry out/delivery orders wrong. The steak salad is one of my favorite meals but this location never gets it right. Tonight they argued with my Door Dasher that the salad dressing that I paid for, that’s included with the salad, doesn’t actually come with the salad and I needed to pay extra for it. I received my food, the dressing missing, the salsa on the salad missing, the salsa for my chips missing. I’ve worked in food service and I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it does get really frustrating to not get what I’m paying for, repeatedly.
