I am a huge fan of Chipotle! I Love the menu…but the service I received today was below average. Not every employee should be customer-facing nor knows how to work with the public. That’s understood. But you can’t ask people to pay these prices and then serve them bad attitude. I watched as this cashier repeatedly put customer's rexipts into their drinking cup after handling money. My receipt does not belong in my drinking cup. It belongs in my hand. Cleanliness and sanitation should be top priority in a restaurant... After I received my drinking cup (that this cashier put my receipt in) I kindly asked her 'Can I have a cup that Does NOT have a receipt in it?' ... The staff laughed... Not sure why they laughed... Then I watched as this same cashier put the receipts of other customers in their cups right behind me. She put the receipt in the cups and slides the bags to the customer, as if to say move on... Aside from handled receipts in our drinking cups being unsanitary it comes off as rude and impersonal... What kind of manger hires people like this and doesn't train them? I don't say fire her. But I do say teach her better customer service etiquette.... or give her a position that is not customer-facing.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they are SOOO rude, they throw your food in the bag and walk away, give you attitude, there’s flies everywhere and it’s so dirty…how have they not been reported to the health department

I just don’t understand who’s in charge of the hiring here. The staff has terrible attitudes, they don’t want to serve, and act annoyed at simple requests. They even slammed my food on the plate, and when I asked for tortillas on the side, they didn’t bother to put them in the bag. They barely gave me any meat, yet still charged me for double meat! On top of that, the whole place is dirty and unorganized. Honestly, I don’t even know why I kept coming back—this was definitely the last time!

Rude customer service and always out of main proteins 4-5 hrs before closing . Store employees encouraged me to go to a different location because I didn't want chicken . I prefer steak they serve steak and wanted me to wait 15mins I said that's fine I'll wait . Server proceeds to tell me it will be a few hours before the steak is cooked . Encouraged me to go to a different location for steak .

I ordered online for pickup and received an email confirmation with a 6 digit number/order confirmation. Upon arrival for pickup I stated that I had a pickup and my name and was asked for my order confirmation. I showed the email and code and was told “that’s not what it normally looks like” - as if I didn’t really have an order?? But yet my name and the same 6 digit # was the same on the bag sticker and my email….the employee seemed confused and unsure if this was my order.

Hardworking crew that isn’t afraid to load up your bowl! (Unlike other locations where they skimp on food as if it’s coming out of their pay!) I’ll definitely come back to the University City location! (FYI, the lunch rush here is real on weekdays! But it’s worth it for fast, fresh & healthy food!)

(Scroll to the bottom for a update )After watching the old men who was making my bowl scrape the containers of old rice for the last scraps the rice was clearly stale i asked for the fresh rice and he said no “i can add some of the fresh rice on top” then have me little to non of the fresh rice of course the bowl was nasty and stale and the chips were too i ended up just throwing it away i was really upset i wont be back to this location
Update 8/10: a manger or maybe corp reached out and was really nice and helpful and also replaced my order which i really appreciated. I think ill give this location another go

Not like they use to be. Its trash, chips Always stale like this locations crew! The cilantro rice tasted as though they poured lime juice over it dripping. Disgusting. No picture its in the trash all $18.00 worth

I'm a person that love chipotle! I love the fact that their food is FRESH, I normally patronize the Brentwood location, but I decided to go to the Olive location today and I'm disappointed in the cleanliness, the food, and most IMPORTANTLY the customer service! From the managers to the employees. There was hair all over the glass counter top no type of sanitation whatsoever. If you are looking for good food and good customer service I do not recommend ‼️‼️‼️

After the chipotle near me really started going down in quality I gave this location a try. Now I've been 3 times in 10 days. It's really good. Food tastes great and service is fast.

They give very small portions. Staff are usually playing around, talking loudly, and once they were playing loud music. They could also do a better job of cleaning the dining area and stocking utensils.

SOME of the employees are new and which are more prone to overcharging or charging extra for stuff you didn’t ask for. I had to ask the manager for a refund on some items when I only asked for guac on my burrito and my father’s bowl had no extra items but was charged queso But that thing that was weird was the manager charged me 18 dollars AGAIN and then said the money is will be refunded back? To me this was very confusing. What she did to refund it was very strange and doing extra stuff which resulted in me paying two times! I’m not certain what she did will fix the problem but The manager looked very serious and was not in the mood for doing all of this. The food was good but service was terrible.
