I understand this is a “Fast Food” establishment but don’t hurry and push someone to get an order through. Then get an attitude when you ask for extra meat. Sorry but half a ladle of meat should not be considered appropriate. Not one smile. I will never come back to this location.

The worst customer service ever!!!! The store was packed and we all stood there for 20 mins watching the employees walk back and forth. NO "hello" NO " how can I help you" nothing. After our food was made well all stood at the register for another 30 mins waiting on whomever was on the register. When she finally got to the register she had the NASTIEST attitude! I live across the street from this location, but I promise I will drive across town from now on. Just RUDE!!!!! Cost to much to have to deal with nastiness?

My experience here was great, as far as i’m concerned i have no clue what the other reviews are talking about. When I walked in a very nice worker showed utmost amount of hospitality and was quick with her craft. I was so astonished by the customer service that I asked for her name and she said she went by Shya. If you ever want to go to this location they will all be nice and cater to you with great food.??????
The worst experience I have ever had. The staff on the line have no respect for customers. Rushing you to order your food. Throwing the food on your bowl. The line was disgusting food everywhere. One of the staff had a horrible attitude. I will never go back to this location. I talked to the manager but doesn’t seem like she cared at all.

This location by far is the ABSOLUTE WORST location I have ever been too. Staff was rude even the so called manager on duty. Soon as I came in the door I was greeted with an OMG and from the manager at that. I makes sense why staff is rude when the manager himself is rude. I guess they were upset that I came in to place an order 30 minutes before closing time. I was immediately told they were out of pretty much everything which was not true because I saw staff putting away salsa corn burrito shells and lettuce. I see why this location has a 2.9 rating. Such a nice area with horrible customer service. They never have to worry about me coming back. They probably won't be in business too much longer.

Love Chipotle but just fell victim to the new Smoked Brisket. Yuk. Tasted like a sugary dessert and the dish was so fatty it's as if they never trimmed the fat off the meat. Much of it went into the trash. One and done with the Smoked Brisket.
