I got a strand of hair in my order and they accused me of putting it in there, or that it may have fallen off my beard. They took it way too lightly, and were condescending to bring this up. It is appalling to pay for your order to have hygiene issues and then to be mocked for it. I'm never returning to this place.

Rude teenage employees not attentive standing around hanging out and talking to each other instead of helping customers. Very rude whenever you try to ask them a question. Nasty attitudes stingy with the over priced ass food.

Easy go to that never fails, I always get a chicken bowl. I like how you get to choose your add-one. Service was quick at this location. Clean dine-in environment with good lighting.
For this location to be relatively new... the workers have the nastiest attitudes I've witnessed/experienced in awhile! The male worker was so irritated because I asked for a salad bowl with the lettuce on the side. No other location have an issue with this but this guy and his crew displayed rudeness and made it extremely uncomfortable as I ordered. Guys if you hate your job... get one you love or don't bother showing up! Polite customers don't deserve to be treated as a burden when requesting services within your job description. SMH

I recently visited your new location, and while the atmosphere and location are fantastic, I was disappointed by the customer service. Unfortunately, I found many of the employees, particularly in the pickup lane, to be rude and unprofessional. It's disheartening to experience such a contrast between the great location and the service quality. As much as I'd like to frequent this closer spot, I'll be returning to the Maplewood location due to the friendlier and more accommodating staff there. I hope you can address this issue to ensure a better overall experience for customers.(I picked up my food at 12:43pm 2/21/24. Whoever was working the window at that time was absolutely rude.)
