Great interior and easy to access. However, employees lack training, discipline and integrity. 2/3 times I’ve been to this location it has been a horrible experience.

During my first visit, employees prepping the food were often on their phones which is a direct health code violation.

On another visit, I was picking up a mobile order and the burrito I got was 3-4 inches long and had hardly any ingredients inside. DO NOT RECOMMEND, go to the Brentwood location just 10 mins away.

Cold dried out meat, crunchy rice, uncooked fajita veggies.

Did a pickup order. First they forgot the chips for the guac so I had to go back. Then when I opened my burrito bowl, I knew right away is wasn't going to be edible. Huge, and I mean huge, chunks of red onion. The entire top of the bowl was completely covered in sour cream. Oh, and despite ordering a chicken bowl, I did not find one piece of chicken.

Not great, my husband picked up Chipotle for me while I stayed at home with the baby. He told me he was less than impressed by the staff and service. He tried to order a large quesadilla for me (this has been done at the location near SLU with no problems) and was told the large quesadilla can only be ordered online not in person, so my husband said he'll take 2 small quesadillas instead and some chips. My husband ordered some sort of bowl for himself. As he was eating it he said it was so salty, he continued to eat it because we didn't have anything else at the house but he was concerned he was going to be sick from the salt. Mine was also very salty and the chips were stale. I never complain about restaurants and me and my husband love salt but this was not great... I've never been so underwhelmed with a Chipotle. I wish I would have read the reviews.

I would not eat anything from this place they can't afford dish washer soo dishes be soo dirty don't feed this to your dog workers have such poor attitude save yourself sumn money

I’m very rarely compelled to write a review, but my first (and only) experience here merits a warning to others. I’ve been to several Chipotle’s and while they haven’t been “great” for years now, this location sets an incredibly low bar. Seeing their operation, cooking, the horribly dirty bathrooms, napkins not refilled, the soda cup they handed me was bent so the lid didn’t fit, drink station had liquid everywhere, etc - and this was at 5:15 - they had 3 hours to get this right since lunch rush and couldn’t do the basics. The staff, yikes, while a few were trying their best, the others seemed so disinterested that they appeared high (and maybe they were). There’s almost no chance food safety practices are being followed there.

The tables were dirty chipotle still doesn’t give enough of portion they never seem to clean the tables

Great food the staff was friendly would definitely come here again.

Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. Always out of ingredients, pathetic service. This place clearly is poorly managed. Go to another location.
