The staff here is incredibly sweet and they know how to keep a lunch rush moving! Very pleased with the service I received and the food was delicious. ❤️ can’t wait to come back!

I don’t know how else to get feedback to Chipotle that there’s no easy way to just let your store team know there’s a simple problem. I clearly picked up someone else’s order from an app order for the drive thru. All I needed to do was call the store and ask them to remake it. The staff is so nice, they’re on time with every order. I know it was a simple mistake and I would have happily driven back to the store to pick it up. I tried 3 separate times to just call the store and speak to a person. Your overly complicated system forced me to file a complaint with a customer service rep before they’d transfer me to the store, and even then it redirected me back to your automated system. I truly didn’t want to lodge a “complaint”, I just wanted my lunch remade. I guess I’m just out $20. Didn’t chipotle announce they’re raising prices and focusing on “high-end clientele”? You’d think you’d get a simple phone system in place first.

took a bite of my quesadilla and there was some type of plastic in my food. i didn’t notice til after it was in my mouth. disgusting!!

Ordered chips and they had a very very pungent smell of cigarettes. Even as a smoker, the smell was SO bad I couldn’t even handle it. The bowls also come barely half full every time I order :/

This is the only Chipotle location I go to. The team is always so kind and welcoming. The other locations in the area make you feel like an inconvenience, barely making eye contact, not friendly, and seem to be annoyed they are working. It's the same food but it shows just how much costumer service matters to the overall experience for a customer. Good job guys, keep up the good work. The little things really do matter!

Went in there and ordered 2 kids meals. This lady could barely fill up my meals with my sides. I politely asked for more food because that’s what the servings say. It became a huge deal and she refused to give me the food I had paid for. Horrible service and a terrible experience.

$16 for a bowl not even a quarter of way full of rice, meat, guacamole, and the Chips were stale as could be I would not suggest going to this location

Place was empty and now I know why. Ordered chicken bowl and the lady sprinkled few pieces of chicken. Such a small portion compared to other places. Disappointing.

Proportions here are absolutely tiny compared to every other Chipotle I have been to, which I would guess to be around 20 different ones. The food was good, but do yourself a favor and go to a different location, there's another one close by.
