I don’t know how else to get feedback to Chipotle that there’s no easy way to just let your store team know there’s a simple problem. I clearly picked up someone else’s order from an app order for the drive thru. All I needed to do was call the store and ask them to remake it. The staff is so nice, they’re on time with every order. I know it was a simple mistake and I would have happily driven back to the store to pick it up. I tried 3 separate times to just call the...

This is the only Chipotle location I go to. The team is always so kind and welcoming. The other locations in the area make you feel like an inconvenience, barely making eye contact, not friendly, and seem to be annoyed they are working. It's the same food but it shows just how much costumer service matters to the overall experience for a customer. Good job guys, keep up the good work. The little things really do matter!
