Jim was an excellent flipper. My only complaint was that he was in a hurry to get out and wanted to close About 1030.. My understanding was that we would go until 1130 and we advertised that. He did leave some pancakes for any latecomers. pancakes were delicious As well as the sausage, coffee and Tang. Everyone really enjoyed it

Easy to work with from start to finish. We had them out to do a pancake breakfast for the men at our church. They were super efficient at serving over 100 people and the catching pancakes added an extra fun element. Rachel was great! I highly recommend using them if you have any upcoming events.
