The black women in there refused to open the door and I had a big truck so I couldn't go through the drive-through and wouldn't open the door told us we had to wait and nobody was in line

In drive thru for 10 minutes on a lunch break wow.. horrible service and people. The gentleman is working by himself meaning cooking and taking orders. Inside is closed due to home being by himself.. Horrible for him and customers.. GM needs too come in and help.. This is @1239pm on a Friday!

They are racists they don’t like to work or serve customers you ask for an order online and they don’t put all the things they stole your food in the store you have to wait 30 minutes because they serve those that suit them even if you find ordered first you don’t serve

I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich and lady had a hell of an attitude and told me they had no cheese cuz it was a chicken place not a burger place...terrible attitude.

Had the pleasure of having Thotyanna serve me today, with an attitude like hers she should be serving meals at a prison, she was not pleasant at all! I was hoping the food was gonna be better but nope stale bread and a ridiculously small piece of meat somewhere hidden in between the 2 stales buns, this folks is their chicken sandwich 😂
