Terrible customer service ! Called in to place an order , she said I had to come in to place the order so I said okay I’m 5 minutes away . I pulled up in less than 5 minutes and they told me they were closed and wasn’t accepting orders . Waste of time and wasn’t apologetic ! I pulled up at 3:30, their Facebook post said they closed at 4:45 . Smh.
I don't have an opinion on recommending them or not BUT first time trying them today. wanted to order one of each special box. the white box with fries and chicken comes with a ton of ketchup and hot sauce on it. I asked if I would have the box without the ketchup and hot sauce. The lady responded with a quick no. she wasn't that friendly at all and just blah really. The food is fire. However, the customer service is terrible. You have to call dozens of times before you can get through. When you get through or enter the restaurant you’re greeted by “ What’s Up Gang”. Most of the time they only accept cash. I’ve reached out to the owner via text twice. She doesn’t seem to care as she doesn’t reply back. I even met the owner once in the restaurant. I explained to her the difficulties of calling in. I even showed her my call log...read full review
