When they take ur orders, they move to fast. Ur food doesn't always be what you order, you pay for cheese fries and extra sauce on four orders of food, then to get home and get what you didn't order. They are very Unprofessional.

Food was terrible twice coming very bad experience food prep is not speedy and chicken sweet glaze was not the same sauce fried was hard like it had been precooked and no crisp to it no light seasoned like it use to be I have can twice in a roll for a month food has un quality.. I have been quit a few times before it was excellent But this 2 times food quality is gone down. I support I black business but we tend to get comfortable and start not take the food seriously and throwing out food that is terrible!!! I will give y’all a 6 months break or maybe the holiday break probably is the reason the focus off the food..

I called my food in the lady was rude rushing me off the phone . Just to get there and they tell me they handed my food to the wrong person and they were sold out . And that they was sold out of my other meal that I had placed . Which is crazy how ya take the order and don’t know ya out !!! Ver unprofessional and unorganized ! Will never return !!

Terrible customer service . Owners and other staff have terrible attitudes. They don’t follow their hours of operation and are unapologetic when someone comes to order their food and they choose to close earlier than expected !

Terrible customer service ! Called in to place an order , she said I had to come in to place the order so I said okay I’m 5 minutes away . I pulled up in less than 5 minutes and they told me they were closed and wasn’t accepting orders . Waste of time and wasn’t apologetic ! I pulled up at 3:30, their Facebook post said they closed at 4:45 . Smh.

I just left there I been outside since 6:30pm had to wait til they open back up @7pm soons they open I go inside place my order I’m 4 in line mind you it’s 7 so ain’t no way in hell I’m just now getting my food because they forgot the cheese on my fries then they still put onions & bell peppers on my sandwich when I placed the order I asked for only cheese meat mayo pickles lettuce & tomatoes bout time they remade my food the give me the fries I had in the beginning is crazy as hell never again & this was my first time here it’s 7:55
