I just left there I been outside since 6:30pm had to wait til they open back up @7pm soons they open I go inside place my order I’m 4 in line mind you it’s 7 so ain’t no way in hell I’m just now getting my food because they forgot the cheese on my fries then they still put onions & bell peppers on my sandwich when I placed the order I asked for only cheese meat mayo pickles lettuce & tomatoes bout time they remade my food the give me the fries I had in the beginning is crazy as hell never again & this was my first time here it’s 7:55

Food was AMAZING!!! My daughter had chicken strips ,.. I ordered catfish cheese burger and fires… 10 out of 10!! Loved that they use fresh ground beef rather than a beef patty…. Ordered through DoorDash food still was hot!!! I appreciate them taking care of my special request… PLEASE STOP BY AND SHOW THIS LOCAL EATERY SOME LOVE!!!

Cash only y'all need to do better. It doesn't cost that much for a processing fee and having that ATM in there cost your customers more than the processing fee. Please do better. I was totally disappointed driving here. Person at the front desk that was taking orders was rude and I came here based off of their social media so it's a total disappointment.

I don't have an opinion on recommending them or not BUT first time trying them today. wanted to order one of each special box. the white box with fries and chicken comes with a ton of ketchup and hot sauce on it. I asked if I would have the box without the ketchup and hot sauce. The lady responded with a quick no. she wasn't that friendly at all and just blah really. I didn't get why I couldn't get the 3 wings and fries in the box without stuff on it. she def wasn't welcoming at all. So I got two burger boxes a nd a fish. wanted more but the lady customer service almost made me not want to buy anything at all. The burger was okay, fries where fresh and hot, fish was okay.
Main issue def is the customer service. There was alot of confusion with customers and alot of orders not fully done correct. miscommunication. yes they don't really answer their phone frl at all. Called twice before going and got nothing. Just had a couple questions. one and done for me. least I got a chance to try it.
