I don't know that I've ever had a bad meal at City Park. The food is great, service is mostly top-notch (knocked off one star for a couple of the times I've been here and servers forgot an item or brought me an incorrect item; that's definitely the exception).
We live in the area and come here frequently with friends. It's always a hot!

Not sure I get the big hype on this place. Been about 15 times. The food is totally hit or miss. It never feels the same and often doesn’t taste the same . Meaning, different underlying products/ and/or different cooks. Been some pretty less than edible moments.. enter stage left… rotten and I mean rotten, broccoli in the soup. And if they ask and you say yeah man, not great, didn’t eat it… you’re still charged.That’s cool… but it leaves a rotten vibe. Y’all are alright but you’re about the last restaurant standing on the block, up the game a bit. Get your staff thinking about longevity, not a $6 thing of soup in the moment.
We had the best night relaxing and everything with our adult children. The waitress was super sweet and answered all our questions we will definitely be back.

My chicken and steak taco 🌮 had good flavor. The Lafayette Lemonade was also nice. Again, good but not amazing. However my husband loved his drink and burger. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Lisa the bartender was the best experience I have ever had in my life at a bar in St. Louis, actually on earth. Her attention to detail, lovely demeanor and pure wisdom on life were “next level Yoda type shit”. I highly recommend the fries, all of them, share them with your neighbor.
