Cold Stone Creamery is easily one of my favorite dessert spots, not just because of the incredible ice cream but because of the amazing staff that truly make it a standout experience. There’s a tall African American man and a blonde woman who work there, and they’re both so kind and welcoming every single time I visit.
The man is especially impressive—he remembers both my order and my boyfriend’s without us even having to say anything! It’s such a small thing, but it really makes the experience feel personal and special. He’ll greet us like old friends, asking, “The usual?” with a smile, and it genuinely makes my day. The blonde woman is just as warm and friendly, always making sure everything is perfect and taking the time to chat while preparing orders.
The way they treat customers is unmatched. It’s not just about serving ice cream—it’s clear they care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive customer service, and it’s one of the reasons Cold Stone has become a go-to spot for me. Paired with their rich, creamy ice cream and endless customization options, it’s a place I can’t recommend enough!

I was served the biggest ice cream cone in the whole book of records and now my family is jealous and wants the exact thing I got last time. S/o to the kid that made this work of art possible, they wrapped it in plastic wrap for the ride home. We tipped great and will be back.

I never make google reviews, and the fact I’m google reviewing an ice cream shop is insane cause it’s just ice cream. But this evening I went in at around 9/9:15 with my boyfriend and even I ordered what I wanted, the employee taking my order, not only got it wrong, made me feel rushed, but didn’t ask if I needed anything else with my order. Just two scoops in a cone, which was the opposite of what I ordered. Like I said it’s just ice cream. It was the service that has me pissed off. I’ve worked in the service industry I get it. But when someone is ordering anything food related anywhere… usually the person who is servicing you will ask “would you like anything else?” Things of that nature. This employee did not. Don’t know why i even tipped, cause my tip for you is to do better with how you handle your customers.
Bless this employee. She didn't know me. But I had an insanely hard day and she went above and beyond. I can't even express how much I appreciated an extra cup for my kids. This small act of kindness guarantees we will be back. And with many ice cream options in the area we will be choosing cold stone time and time again.

Smoothie was bland. I was charged for my smoothie and someone else's shake. When I asked to see the receipt the employee huffed at me and walked off with the receipt. Even the manager was upset with employees but nothing got fixed. We were a party of 6 and NONE of us or our families will be returning. Worst experience EVER.
