Went for the first time tonight. It was really good and I love how they prepare the ice cream. Its fun, great flavors that you can sample and add a wide variety of toppings to. The staff was friendly and welcomed us back. Great job team cold stone.

Cake ordered wasn’t ready at pickup. Had to just buy something in a scramble. We spend a lot there, just bought another cake just 2 weeks ago. Now they’ve lost our business.

Guy working 10/23 at 7 pm was scrubbing floors and mopping then got up and took our order without washing hands. Going to get someone sick. Stay away.

So sad this used to be my favorite place to get ice cream. Prices have went way up and sizes way down. Ordered my husband a gotta have it as thats the biggest size and his was filled so small that he had more then the smallest ice cream. Unbelievable that they find that okay considering his ice cream was 9.75. We won't be going back.

Cold Stone is always a fun stop for ice cream! I really enjoy all the different options and mix-ins you can add to the flavored ice creams, it makes every visit feel customizable and unique. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the experience. The only thing to note is that a medium ice cream runs about $10, so it’s definitely on the pricier side. Still, for the variety and the quality, it’s a treat I enjoy every now and then.

My ice cream was OK, but my daughter got hers in a sugar bowl and I tried a bite of it and it was sooo stale. The girl mixing up the ice cream barely mixed it up and truly wasn't very pleasant. First and probably last time at this location

My first time trying this place our son went here on a field trip and he really really wanted to go again the staff is not that great ice cream was barely mixed and half melted when I got it my husband said he saw them pour a ton of sugar in his ice cream and that's all he tasted was sugar grans never again ... TED DREWS IS THE BEST

Tried this place over the weekend and they were super busy but this visit the banana 🍌 jello ice cream was amazing. Fast forward to Monday today and picked the same ice cream. The girl staff barely mixed my ice cream so the wafers were super hard with 1 piece of banana. Totally letdown of Saturday! Huge ice cream connoisseur!
