My recent and second visit was slightly disappointing. It seemed they increased the price of pastry. Price of a plain croissant which was more than $4 is expensive. Cappuccino cup was very small. It was 3/4 full and colder than luke warm. There was a long line inside the narrow shop. The seating area was very cramped. Pastries are good but I wouldn't pay this price to wait in a cramped shop. There are better coffee and pastry shops at the similar price range in Saint Louis.
They make the best espresso in St. Louis. Their baristas are skillful. Their coffee beans selections are so unique and it is hard to find such high quality coffee beans around this area.
nicest staff ever, friendly people. can get crowded a certain times but it's a nice bustling place to get some work done or meet with friends. plenty of parking on side street on same block
