Ordered 15 meals for an office event. Restaurant didn’t send complete order as they simply missed a gallon of drink with my order. Called up the place 3 times and they never resolved my complaint nor did I got my refund. Last call I made, I was told to call in again after 4pm as the person on phone didn’t know how to process such complaints. Then in interest of my working hours I decided to let go of the complaint.
(I ordered from the restaurant web link and paid delivery fees plus tips for delivery to driver as well)
Since I ordered rice bowls with sauces I called early in the morning and asked the food to be delivered at 11:30 so that ppl won’t have to eat through soggy rice bowls, but the food was delivered at 10:50 and ultimately it did get soggy!
Long story short, not ordering from this place again. Anybody ordering from this place, wish you luck!

Customer Service - Exellent Food: Falvor wise, amazing. Would've been better if it was warm. But I could've chilled my drink with the tacos I received. Tortillas were soggy and cold. And the chips were so hard it could definitely carck your teeth. Overall, I'm not impressed. I spent $45 on 4 tacos, chips, and dip, and I wish I hadn't.

I’ve had the nachos before which were really good and maybe they were good because I was drunk but this time they weren’t. Seemed like it had been sitting out..The beef was cold and not enough beef on the nachos

Don't be fooled by the Ballpark Village venue name. This restaurant was far from grandstand food, and the prices are really good for the amount of food you get. The service was fast and staff friendly. I tried the Smoked Cheddar Queso with added beef, along with the Blue Dream and Dado Supreme. The queso was savory and tacos fully loaded. The tacos had just the right amount of heat. I will be back for taco Tuesdays as this is within walking distance from work. Good thing they have a discount app.

Stopped here to eat while spending the day in St. louis. Our server Erin was amazing. She gave us the best recommendations. Definitely will be returning and asking for her as a server!
Came just to have a few drinks and end up ordering some food which was amazing. Our server was great and the manager Eric hospitality was cherry on top made the experience worth it, will be back again

My family stopped here after lots of sightseeing in downtown St Louis and we couldn’t have been happier! Erin was our bartender and did a fantastic job as well as being very friendly and helpful for giving us great recommendations. We will return!!
