We were in town for a Cubs / Cards game, and Condado caught our eye. Our serve was THE BEST, and she had some great recommendations! The atmosphere was eclectic and energetic, the service was top notch, and the food?! So good! Definitely recommended!

I wasn't expecting the food and drinks to be so good. A group of friends stopped in after a Cards game... I never had better tacos before (try the bad habit tacos). The Mango Mint Jalapeño was top tier. Shout out to our server Mona for keeping our drinks full and the atmosphere fun.

This was the worst service I’ve had in possibly years. My first time coming to this restaurant, it was myself and one other friend. Although it was a game day, the restaurant wasn’t even at 50% capacity, and there was roughly 5 others at the bar.
The man working the bar- from start to finish made it evident that he did NOT want to serve anyone. He did not greet us or offer us menus until I said something after 10 minutes. He told us that he doesn’t do margarita flights on game days- then proceeded to make multiple margaritas
He told us he couldn’t do loaded tots, but then served me tots on my nachos.
What should have been 45 minutes- an hour, was more than an hour and a half of waiting to put in our orders and get our food. By the time our food finally came, I just wanted a box and to leave.
Even when I was ready to pay, holding my card out to him- did I STILL need to get up and find a different employee to let us pay and leave.
I appreciate the manager for his kindness and the food was actually good!
But that bartender was evidently drunk and ruined the experience for us- I will probably not be back.

Food was good. I have a lot of allergies and they were able to adapt my dish to accommodate. Which was great! Atmosphere was great too.

First time here in town visiting ordered 2 shrimp tacos definitely the worst tacos I have had in my life. The combination of the slaw the rice and the orange shrimp not good at all. The drink was good I would only come back to have a drink. I hope this can be taken as constructive criticism ☺️. Has really pretty scenery to look at while here also.

So far i tried to give Condado Tacos in ballpark village a second chance today cause im hungry asf after work i sat there at the BAR for 10mins walked off to cool myself off in the restroom came back sat down for another 10 plus just scrolling on my phone i never got service the workers look over there job i definitely won’t be back again📌🥱since i didn’t get served i walked to crown hall and was immediately served as i sat down at the bar

Ordered 15 meals for an office event. Restaurant didn’t send complete order as they simply missed a gallon of drink with my order. Called up the place 3 times and they never resolved my complaint nor did I got my refund. Last call I made, I was told to call in again after 4pm as the person on phone didn’t know how to process such complaints. Then in interest of my working hours I decided to let go of the complaint.
(I ordered from the restaurant web link and paid delivery fees plus tips for delivery to driver as well)
Since I ordered rice bowls with sauces I called early in the morning and asked the food to be delivered at 11:30 so that ppl won’t have to eat through soggy rice bowls, but the food was delivered at 10:50 and ultimately it did get soggy!
Long story short, not ordering from this place again. Anybody ordering from this place, wish you luck!

Customer Service - Exellent Food: Falvor wise, amazing. Would've been better if it was warm. But I could've chilled my drink with the tacos I received. Tortillas were soggy and cold. And the chips were so hard it could definitely carck your teeth. Overall, I'm not impressed. I spent $45 on 4 tacos, chips, and dip, and I wish I hadn't.
