I absolutely love coming to this place! Will and the staff are amazing, so warm, welcoming, and down to earth. Will’s knowledge and passion for kombucha truly shine through in the beautiful flavors he creates. He’s redefining what kombucha can taste like, leading what feels like a grassroots movement in this little corner of St. Louis. We came in for the kombucha but left with core memories, and a new favorite spot!!

My husband and I found out about Confluence recently, and they're our new fav kombucha dealer!! William and Sam were very accommodating. Also love the vibe in the shop.
On our first visit, we got samplers of all 12 flavors on the menu. Sam explained to us the ingredients in each drink and even the origins of certain ingredients. It was hard to pinpoint our fav coz they're all so good!
Appreciate William's passion for his kombucha, and the business itself. He even let us try some of the fresh ingredients that he grew himself.
I don't think I could ever go back to store-bought kombucha after having the freshly made ones from this store.
