If you want the best kombucha in Stl, please go here! William, the owner, is both kind and knowledgeable, if you want to learn more about kombucha and fermentation in general. His batches are very creative and fun, and bonus, if you like conservation, you can use bottles and bring them back for refills. Go try it if you haven't already! 😊
I absolutely love coming to this place! Will and the staff are amazing, so warm, welcoming, and down to earth. Will’s knowledge and passion for kombucha truly shine through in the beautiful flavors he creates. He’s redefining what kombucha can taste like, leading what feels like a grassroots movement in this little corner of St. Louis. We came in for the kombucha but left with core memories, and a new favorite spot!!
My husband and I found out about Confluence recently, and they're our new fav kombucha dealer!! William and Sam were very accommodating. Also love the vibe in the shop.
On our first visit, we got samplers of all 12 flavors on the menu. Sam explained to us the ingredients in each drink and even the origins of certain ingredients. It was hard to pinpoint our fav coz they're all so good!
