An asian lady and an african-american male staff are just talking/hugging (unprofessional) to each other in front of the customers, while others are busy .Took my “online” order too long to make. Stated my order is ready but they forgot 1,and it added 10mins more for my boba tea to be done. I am so disappointed.

This is a favorite of ours, and a regular selection, especially for takeout date nights. Simply put, while you might be able to find slightly more budget-friendly Chinese options - Corner 17 is absolutely worth the subtle price increase. The quality is excellent. And there are no shortage of great choices. Do yourself a favor and don't just get the same dish ever time - well, except for the chili wantons.... get those every time - but you can't go wrong and will find that nearly every dish they offer hits the spot.
The atmosphere is great for what it is. Meaning, it knows what it is and does it well. So, if you're expecting a quiet, romantic, or white glove setting, you might not find that, it's tight, busy and loud - and very enjoyable. Parking will be tough and there might be a wait. But go in with the right expectations and you'll have a great visit.

Make sure you get on the wait list in advance before you arrive because this place fills up quickly. Wonderful selection of items on the menu. They don't serve sodas just tea and water. The service is great and the food taste good. Very reasonable prices.

Favorite Asian food spot. High quality at a fair price. Spectacular dumplings. Lots of entree options. Haven't had an average item from their menu in 4 trips. Parking is a pain, especially with all the construction post-tornado in The Loop.

Ate hear 2 days in a row. Had the kung pao chicken, the hot chili oil won ton soup and the marinaded fried chicken wings. The kun pao was what I was looking for. If I was forced to find anything negative with the kung pao, It might be slightly on the sweet side, but the extra dry chili peppers I asked for brought it together. The wings were hot and crunchy, very good. The hot oil won ton was so good, I could eat that once a day. I'm picky with my chinese food and this place hits the marks. A Tsingtao would have been nice, but overall, excellent. I'll be back for sure next time I'm in St Louis!

If you enjoy family-style dining, this is the place for you. The portions are huge and perfect for sharing. It’s also fun to watch them make the noodles through the window—it adds a cool, interactive touch.
They were very busy when we visited and seem to stay that way, which says a lot. The prices are reasonable considering the generous portion sizes.

Tasty Chinese noodles made fresh right in front of you. Plus, there’s a boba tea spot next door, so it’s kind of a win-win. Great place overall!

Food was excellent as always, our server was not (Aoran W.), it wasn't busy when we got there and it took her long time to greet us, she wasn't helpful or friendly, the service was disappointing today specially because I brought my mom and brother for first time and they were excited then at the end when I tip her what I thought it was fair she gave me a angry look the rest of the time.
