It smelled amazing and the host was nice. Waited 15 minutes and couldn't ever get waited on to order anything so we left. 4 tables other than us. Asked for a waitress after 10 minutes and still never got one.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Walked in (party of 2), no greeter. Was unsure if we should seat ourselves or not. Caught a manager walking past and asked. Then we were told there was a 10-minute wait. While waiting, a party of 3 walked in and was told there was a wait. They were offered to place theirs orders prior to being seated (we were not). Every party group that walked in afterward was given a proper greeting, and services were addressed prior to us being seated. Once seated we looked over the menu then the waitress came over and asked "what can I get you to drink?". No greeting or introducing herself. Still couldn't tell you her name. Only gave 2 stars because the food was actually good.

Our waitress is always so sweet whenever we come here. She is the lady with the dreads & has been our server the last 5 times we were here. She's the only constant because I never know if the crab boil will be good. Last visit, the crab legs were tiny and produced little to no meat. The legs were overcooked, I know this because I'm a seafood connoisseur. When overcooked, the meat gets stuck inside the leg and is hard to remove. This was the case last visit. Also, the sauce for the boil was oily and flavorless.

Fried Shrimp was seasoned well and was hot! Hubby had plain wings and even though it's a seafood place, they were seasoned well and hot also. I will definitely be back, and even though our waitress was slow to get our entire order together, she was very sweet.
