We were there for dinner at around 7pm on a Friday. The drinks were really good. The food was bland, nothing out of the ordinary. I asked for steak medium and got it a bit beyond well done. My partner and I had to take turns hold our drinks off the table to cut our food because the table so wably and spilled our drinks when we tried not lifting it. The restaurant uses a QR code menu, which hurts the overall atmosphere to look down at our phones, and server has a tablet that they're looking at while taking our order instead of looking at us - there's just a disconnect there that bothers me. They also looked understaffed, although the server was doing a great job at keeping up with everything I noticed there was just a lot going on for what it seemed to be just 2 people running and being attentive at the bar, tables and greeting newcomers. If wably tables, understaffed team and virtual menus are the standard on this restaurant, I don't think it is place for me.

Friendly neighborhood joint with good food, great atmosphere, attentive servers and reasonably-priced drinks -- what's not to love?
Not good. My meal was overcooked and had no real taste to it. Wasn’t just my meal but who I was with also their meal was overcooked as well. On top of that there were a ridiculous amount of flies attacking us. When I used the restroom numerous fruit flies or gnats came off the urinal at first also. Our server was sitting nearby on her phone most of the time.

There is no good reason that it took over 45 min for 2 people to get 1 app and 2 entrées during a non-busy lunch. The appetizer (spicy chicken wontons) while creative, took 30 min and was not even warm when it arrived. The entrées were also not that warm, but the sandwich I got was pretty good (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but the fries were not warm, and my BFs burger was flat with wilted floppy lettuce and no onions pickles tomato, even tho he was specifically asked if he wanted that when ordering. The waitress was almost never at our table unless delivering food, so we were unable to correct the lack of burger toppings before the already cold food froze over. She wasn't even the one to bring the check, I had to have another staff member get it for us. Finally the fan blades above us looked like they had been spun thru concrete and allowed to dry, but that's because they were CAKED in dust, clearly never been cleaned. Also, there were at least 2 what looked like insect (maybe spider) nests in the ceiling texture. Overall, I'm not impressed and not returning, which is a shame because I've heard pretty ok things about it.
